Nj ban.. Ugh

Okay to start off this is my first time posting here.

I just don't understand why NJ has added the e-cig to the smoke free act, yet some malls have the kiosk in the middle, with the associates smoking them. I don't understand!!! Anyone have any clue as to why this is aloud by them but not others in NJ.. Maybe there is something I'm missing....

You can thank Corzine for that ban. The ecig ban was added to the anti smoking laws back in 2010. He classified the ecig the same as regular cigarettes.. So any laws that pertain to cigarettes carry over to ecigs as well.. This is NJ afterall, Did you forget you live in a gestapo state?
