Same thing happened to me. The latest atomizer I got from Mark is a wimp. Old style. But I have given up. Janty was supposed to send me a new kissbox version 4 a month ago. They did return my money, but were supposedly supposed to send a free new unit. When I enquired last week, they said they had to put their customers first, so I might still be getting it at some time. Whatever. I don't care anymore. I have stopped spending money on these gadgets until they get it right. Of course njoy will keep sending old atomizers, they do have a one year warranty. They are just waiting for us to give up like I did.

Has anyone received replacements from Janty? Do they conduct business properly atleast?

I just ordered a kissbox and I dont want to run into the same problems with them. Already wasted enough money on this stuff. =/

What a disapointment my e-cig experience has been so far. I dont even think I'd recommend e-cigs to anyone anymore. Unless they are looking to increase their stress level.

Great device for the week that it works. Maybe if it was $5 a piece, it would be worth it. $110? I dont think so. What a joke.


Overall, 2 boxes of cartridges, 1 njoy = close to $180 .. and I got 9 cartridges of use out of it. $180 to smoke 9 cartridges, and now be left with nothing. lol! Hilarious.

accordeur: I won't give up. I'll take 100 of his crappy atomizers and sell them for a buck each, and get all my money back. I didnt pay over $100 for a paper weight. I didnt even get 2 boxes of cartridges of use out of this. It died before my 2nd box was even done. Now i cant even smoke anything because he keeps sending me broken replacements.

Hi scoop&stack...it might be the new atomiser..the 3rd version is like the first except this time it has a new silicone like shield around the iron core....if your atomiser battery connector end does not have a serial number and the presence of silicone ring within the atomiser, that means you're having V3....please check out the pics at the post suggested by The Emp...
but sad to say, v3 is not as good as v2(the white ceramic/cat's eye)...hope Njoy can bring back v2 with v3 improvements....that will be great...

I gave up on njoy a couple off months ago.
They did replace 2 units.
I had to sent them back.

LOL, now they are sending you the devises that I sent back to them.
Maybe they are thinking: she did not like them, they still "work" so we'll sent them to the next sucker.

Why do you think they want their crab back.

the Njoy Penstyle RN4072 is on the Version 5 atomizer that came out probably 3-4 weeks ago. Njoy is probably still liquidating old stock, that is why you got an older version/style.

Where do you get this info from? Because Mark told me earlier today that the atomizers have not changed in the slighest way, and that they're all exactly the same.

... sigh ... questioning the resource aye ?!?!?! LOL ...

Trust me ... you really think no progress has been made on atomizer technology in months? come on. NJOY purchased hundreds of thousands/millions of units. They liquidate old stock before the new stuff hits the ground running.

Huh? Of COURSE they have! I had one of the first ones when mine arrived April 28th, then I got one of the new ceramic ones when the original went belly-up exactly one month from the day I received it. First one wasn't ceramic, the second one was.

No I'm absolutely positive there have been changes. I can see them with my own eyes very clearly. I'm just saying, where did you actually get this info from, or did you just look for yourself like me? Because Mark is clearly lying to people, so I'm sure you did not hear it from him.

What if I told you it was the bum underneath the bridge down the street next to the LA River, would it really make a difference? One wise man told me, never reveal your source, it will only cause more drama in the end.

.... wait .... maybe those were my own wise words .... lol

If Mark clearly said, nothing changed in the atomizer, yet YOU yourself can attest to something different, who would you trust. Your own gut, or Mark.

I am not calling anyone out, nor calling anyone a liar. Simply look at the facts.
