Njoy atomizers..

I'm sure it is not legal for him to send me broken replacements, when he guarantees his product for 1 year.

njoy being as large at it is, I'm not sure they take the time and care as someone smaller like Meltrex or Smokester in the UK. These guys charge all batteries fully and test both the batteries and atomizers before they go out so they can assure their customers they are getting a good product.

NJOY probably ships without all the tests. And I'm sure it was a "broken replacement" My guess would be it was in the stack with other atomizers, and they just picked one and shipped it to you without testing. Doesn't mean they knew it was broken!

Wish I could help you out personally bud ... The ECig's become our babies, and when they are broken or don't work, its like a part of use is missing or something ... i feel your pain bud.
