Ok so I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to have it in stock then I can't order any in 24mg. I loved the sample my friend gave me but no juice is worth the headache of waiting and waiting and waiting then denied because I need 24mg. IMO this is terrible customer service and so they just lost a customer

Gene has some of the best customer service around. You gotta be on your toes with a few of the more popular vendors (NLV, BWB, etc.), or you're gonna miss your chance to order. The reason it is out is because it's so damn good. Most of these vendors are a 1 or 2 person operation and they do the best that they can to accomodate all of their customers. It took a long time for me to get my Bounty Hunter at first too, but trust me, it is well worth the wait. A word of advice if you change your mind and decide to order one day...buy it in bulk when you can.

I have been checking the site several times a day and as soon as I saw it available I was going to order 2 130ml jugs but no 24mg nic even available. It has the option for a 10ml at 24 but it said unavailable. This only means 1 thing and that is they are stretching out their nic supply as far as they can. I understand since it is the most expensive part but their juice is so cheap I would gladly pay a little more if it meant I could get it at the nic strength I want.

It's really your choice on whether to wait for them or not. BUT, they give some of the best customer service I've ever had from a vendor. Have you ever tried contacting them? Anyways, like others have said. Some of the most popular juices out here are unavailable for unknown amounts of time. So, when it's there then you have to get as much as you can.

Still have a 130ml jug sitting here after a few months. Well steeped and unbelievable good.

Wait ? I did I checked the website every day several times a day for about 3 weeks. I waited and waited and then when offered it is only low nic offered. I can't check a website everyday every hour just for that moment they put it up and then find they only have low nic. Least they could have done is warn that only low nic would be offered so those that need higher nic don't waste their time. That is my problem about the whole deal. It isn't waiting it is being told they are fixing to open up orders then being denied. That is terrible customer relations any way you look at it.

I don't see why you are so upset with them. Its a juice in high demand and it is sold very quickly. Its their product and they can choose to sell it at any nic level. They don't owe you anything.

Not trying to sound harsh, but don't bash the vendor for not having the product that you specifically want. NLV is an excellent vendor. That's like waiting for a new iPod to come out and then being ...... at Apple because they didnt tell you that they werent going to produce a magenta-colored version.

Mad I am not I don't let things so little get me mad. To say making a certain color ipod that isn't in demand compared to 24mg nic which all vendors I know of offer including them in the last batch is apples to oranges.

No they owe me nothing and never claimed they did. I only offered my opinion of them. If they would have warned that no 24mg nic was going to be available I would have waited till next batch and then if they still didn't have it I would have known they are not for me.

I don't wish to bash anyone---vendor or poster---for expressing frustration. In general, however, I think this problem is a sign of the coming times, and we should all prepare for a lot more of the same.

Gene at NLV worked out the recipe for Bounty Hunter, but he doesn't actually make the juice. He gets it---premixed and already bottled and labeled---from his juice supplier (a larger operation), which is encountering difficulty in obtaining the flavoring ingredients from its suppliers. So, what we have is "discontinuities" in the supply chain, meaning disruptions, delays, and even dead ends.

Modern mega-capitalism is built on incredibly complex systems. Think of an auto parts store. Right now, you can obtain just about any part for any car made in the last 50 years within a single day (sometimes within hours) because of the coordination between massive but largely invisible sub-layers of the commercial economy: parts suppliers---warehouses, used salvage inventory, etc.---and delivery options---ups, fedex, usps, etc. As the global economy collapses, however (which is already underway and accelerating) the problem of breakdowns in all supply chains will become increasingly obvious.

We have grown accustomed, habituated, and even addicted to the consumer dream of "having anything we want, and having it NOW." Whether it's blueberries from Peru in February or eliquid-on-demand, we have become spoiled with convenience and immediate gratification. That fantasy is going belly up within this decade. The Titanic has already hit the iceberg, and though the passengers are continually reassured by the crew (meaning the Powers That Be and their propaganda organ, the mainstream media) that all is well, the ship is going down very soon, and nothing can save it.

Sorry, I know this is an ecig forum, but this post truly isn't off topic, given that we're already experiencing the strain of "systems overload" in the juice marketplace. Goldrush and Saddle Up! are already gone forever because NLV's supplier/manufacturer can no longer obtain the needed flavorings, Bounty Hunter is available only sporadically, and there's nothing Gene can do about it.

I'm sure Gene would love to keep his customers happy by selling all those juices in unlimited quantities, but his hands are tied. He has no magic wand.
