Nite Lite's web hosting service was down for a day, and he had no access to his orders. Everything is fine now, Gene sent a message out to all us customers!! He has access to everything, but really got backed up.

Usually their shipping is really fast.

Here's a way to get a quick response from the other customers. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...cial-nlv-nitelitevapor-com-powwow-thread.html (The official Nite Lite Vapor thread.)

Guys, its all good. NLV is working hard to rectify and if you start reading here

You can see exactly what the deal is.

For those of you who haven't had dealings with Gene before, he's the icon of over the top customer service and superior products. There are always problems that can happen with any web based service. The fact that this problem, that is not NLV's fault , coupled with the recent availability of more Bounty Hunter and the release of several new flavors has made it more difficult.

All orders have been recovered and are being processed manually. New orders for liquid sales are on hold until the problem is for sure fixed by their web service. Emailing NLV is only going to slow them down more.

Trust me, his stuff is worth the wait. In my opinion, and I'm sure any of his customers opinion, NLV has the best customer service, best prices, and best juice out there, period. :2cool:

Now, for those of you that don't know how it works. . . .

Bounty Hunter is the bomb. When they release a batch, the orders flood in so fast, they usually have to suspend liquid sales for a couple of days in order to catch up with the orders. Bounty Hunter is so in demand, they can't keep it in stock for very long before it sells out.
Those of us that deal with Gene a lot don't mind this at all, we just keep plenty in stock just in case. But some potential new customers may be turned off by this. Don't let it keep you from getting on the NLV band wagon, cause once you get involved with this company, you will be hooked. I've never heard a bad thing said about NLV by anyone who has dealt with them a couple of times. People just get freaked out by stuff like this when they don't know how honorable the business practices of NLV are.

Bounty Hunter is the staple, but the other juices are extremely awesome, too. I actually think NLV Gold is going to be just as popular very soon. Hence, why I just ordered 130ml's of it, lol.

I highly recommend Bounty Hunter, NLV Gold, Line Rider (their 555), Renegade (RY4), and their new tobacco flavor, Twilight.

I hope you guys don't give up on NLV because of this hiccup, they really are a great company with great American made juice that is excellent quality and very unique in flavor. I really don't even understand how they do it for the prices they charge.

Very good explanation, DK! Thanks. I know Line Rider is called a 555, but it tastes nothing like a 555 to me. I like 555 too, though.

Line Rider tastes like.... all I can think of when I vape it is the smell of a new leather saddle, and horses, and being out on the trail.
