"no atomizer found"

Hello ECF,

Having trouble with my eVic, yet again.

After fully charging my eVic, I replaced the cartomizer with some new juice. It was working for a good 20 minutes or so, when I tried puffing and got little vapor at all. After trying to puff it a couple more times, I realized that nothing was coming out really. I unscrewed my cartomizer/tank and tried to screw it back in. However, when I screwed it back in, I got the "NO ATOMIZER FOUND" screen.

Does anybody know how to troubleshoot this issue? Anybody familiar with the eVic? Please help!

Sounds like a bad connection, I dont have an evic but that would be my guesstimation.

Check your insulator ring around your center pin and make sure your center pin isnt smashed down i just had this happen to me from screwing tanks down to far replaced it with a thick o ring from a drip tip

Are you talking about where you insert the cartomizer?

Make sure there is clean contact between battery and tank. Has happened to me only to find some juice on the contact. Wiped it clean and placed carto back on worked. Also there might be a problem with carto, it happens some times getting a bad carto.
Check to see if carto works with another set up

Just checked to see if another cartomizer worked - it did. Thank goodness, I was thinking it might have been serious.

Very annoying how I got a ....ty cartomizer though when I just purchased a new batch. Thanks for your guys' input.

I also own a Evic and sometimes I have to take a tiny flat head screwdriver and pry the brass connector on the Evic up a bit to make contact. There are certain 510 connectors that are real tall and often push down that brass plate. Be gentle you don't want to pry it off.
