no atomizer

I'm fairly new to vaping I have a evic vtc mini and I just bought a black Arctic. when I put the Arctic on and try to use it, it just says no atomizer found but when I put my ego one mega it works. I'm not sure what to do I changed the coils on the Arctic and it says no atomizer found every time.

Might want to take the unit down to the local vape shop. They have an ohm meter and should be able to run a few tests for you.

The issue might be with the 510 connection pin/screw at the bottom of the Tank.

See if it protrudes enough to connect with the vtc mini's 510 connector
