No Coil Reading

[Gahh]

Hi guys, I just got my alien 220w from smok by a friend.
But I have a problem
Every time i connect and screw on my baby beast tank that i have gotten before it reads "No Coil". Ive tried to screw off the coil then back in but nothing works.
Ive tried with anoter tank so thats not the problem
Any tips??@@@regards Relax

Like said I would try another coil. Your local vape shop or your friend should have an extra coil to try. If its not the coil then its the 510 pin. Unfortunately the Aliens do not have a conventional 510, it is actually a floating pin on a spring and it can't be fixed by prying it up, in fact that may dislodge the spring. Trust me I know from dismantling one of my broken ones. If this one is toast, shop around, I bought my cousin a brand new Pico with tank for under $30 on ebay. The baby beast tanks work great on the Pico. If you are determined to have an Alien, they are under $50 at most places online.

Short of that, if its the tank and not the mod, invest in a new tank.

If I read correctly, Adam said he had one other tank with broken glass. This tank, though not usable without the glass, was reading fine.
I don't think the Smok 220 Alien could be had for under $50.00.

Like said I would replace the coil 1st and if that doesn't fix the issue go to a vape shop and find a new tank, if that doesn't work then I would start looking for a new mod.

Ive decied to buy a 25mm heat sink from aliexpress link :E XY 5pc/lot 25mm 510 Heat Dissipation Heat Sink mulit colors for 510 tread RDA Atomizers Mod-in Electronic Cigarette Accessories from Consumer Electronics on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group And if thats not working im going to eather replace the glass with my other tank or just buy myself a new tank. Thanks for the tips guys. I live in Norway, so we dont have alot of vape shops around here either
