No Email Response and No Update on Order?

Never experienced this before up until this week but just wondering what is going on with them, whether they are bogged down with orders or something i dont know.

Tried emailing them days ago about a faulty atomiser but havent had a reply, also made an order yesterday afternoon but the status of it hasnt changed, hasnt been shipped yet.

The reason i ask is because in the past i have always had an email response within 12 hours or the order has always updated in the evening etc;
