Hi,
I started vaping about a week ago. Haven't touched an analog since. Now i know it's not the same. And accepted that. But the problem I'm having now is i can't taste it. I got JC 24mg Tene Cured and when i first started that it was fine. So was the arctic mint. Now I'm starting to not taste a thing.

I tried making my own with loranns with glycerin and vg and nothing. My gf says she can taste it. But i can barely. I made a butterscotch with 2 parts nic (tene cured), 1 part glycerin and 1 part vg. And i added butterscotch flav to that. First puff was a hint and then nothing so i added another drop. Nothing. So i added more. Nothing. I tried making more with diff flavours and i tasted a little bit for the first 2 puffs and then ditto. I then tried just vaping butterscotch by itself. Same thing initial taste and then ditto. It even happens with the JC Tenesse Cured.

Am i doing something wrong here or is it just my taste buds?

I forgot to mention the JC Tennessee cured is pg based. The first few days this didn't happen. It just seemed to occur after i started mixing. I'm not getting upset stomach or reactions from the glycerin and vg. But perhaps the no flavor is the reaction from one of them? If anyone could elaborate on any of this rather than doing a lengthy process of elimination i would appreciate it.

For the nic content I'm ok with it. I don't want it too high and depend on it. But if i need a fix I just drop a few of the 24mg on the atomizer.

I bought the glycerin and then my gf found out if was made from animal fats so she wanted vg. Figured it was the same so i mixed them for myself seeing if there was a difference. Didin't find any. I haven't found pg as of yet but still looking. My only problem is getting down to the taste issue.
