no good itaste 10s kit again

ok the first one was sent back because nothing would thread into it,

the second one i just got yesterday, nothing threads into it.

not even the 10s clearos that come in it.

I am very upset with this purchase.

i have a product that doesn't work.

i think you should be aware that they are not working.

and i would like information on how to get a full refund!

the innokin itaste 10s kit is a complete useless product.

please help me with this!
