wierd i dont have that on mine, is that a magnet adapter or the actual connector, is yours the itaste v2 or the new itaste v3 which si variable wattage
if yours uses the magnets then you have the older style which uses a magnet for 510 carto and tanks, the screws it comes with is for their own type

This is the new v3 with the iclear 10s kit, just bought it from u guys. Came today in the mail.... Its not usable. I really think its the wrong battery, theae are the clearos that came in the box with it.

That pin thing keeps it from going in,
Its a spring tyoe pin so if you push the clearo sits flush with the battery without having to screw anything...
Its not fitted together
And the threads dont touch, like there is no possible way for this to screw together.

Something you can try until you hear back from Max... try the clearo's on the Spinner since it also supports 510 threads... That will tell you for certain if the issue is with the battery ( which it sounds like it is ) or the clearo's... it should then also help speed things up with Max since he will also be trying to think of things to help as well as trying to replace whatever is not right.

Yes... I know the itaste's are 510... but the Spinner's are 510 and/or eGo compatible.. so they will work on the Spinner also

It dint work
It screwed on but nothing came out....
Wondering if these new clearos are bad tooo!
