Itaste 10s

Not sure that I should be posting here but can't find specific thread for my product so here goes...

I bought an itaste vv v3 with the lid and five itaste 10s clearomizers.... they don't screw down and when I took it back the shop swapped the clearomizers for original itaste 10 (not "s") which are similar but round.

I'm fine with that but they taste burnt regardless of juice vg/pg blend and regardless of voltage/wattage.

Anyone else got this issue and a suggested fix?

I can use other tanks but really only bought the kit for the lid so nothing breaks in my pocket.

I'm not familiar with that exact tank, but generally there two things to consider:

1. After filling, give the tank plenty of time for the juice to saturate the wick. In not, the coil will be burning dry and hence the taste.

2. If possible, try to wash and dry the tank. Sometime manufacturing residual can affect the taste.

If that doesn't work or isn't applicable, hopefully someone else will be by to offer assistance.
