Congrats, and godspeed, but quitting nicotine doesn't have to mean giving up the joys of vaping, they do make 0 nic liquids, if you can handle doing that without putting nicotine liquid in. Vaping can be just as much a psychological pleasure as a chemical one, like a comfort blanket or something. If you really like vaping, I'd recommend trying that.
Oh no I know. Every now and then I'll think "Hmm. What the heck am I doing? I've broken the Nicotine addiction. I can Vape all the 0mg I want". Then I realise that it wasn't just the addiction that bothered me - I didn't like the amount of space all my supplies took up and I wasn't keen on the hassle, either. Now I can just get up and leave the house without having to remember my mod or without taking any eLiquid and I don't have to make sure I'm treating batteries correctly. I don't have to order supplies, or recoil, or suffering the breathing difficulties I seemed to experience every now and then while Vaping.
This all sounds very anti-Vaping but it isn't. I'd recommend Vaping to anyone trying to quit smoking. I do however think it's important to remember that the "psychological pleasure" is in itself an addiction. To be perfectly honest, I think the psychological addiction was/is the bigger issue for me - that Nicotine rush was a great thing in the mornings but I found myself feeling disappointed if I didn't get a throat hit because that's what I associated with satisfaction.
In the morning: cigarette. After a meal: cigarette. With a pint: cigarette. Outside: cigarette.

For me, the psychological addiction is the hardest part to break because it's the longest-lasting of the two addictions. The general consensus is that the physical addiction tends to fade after the first 72 hours (though the receptors take around 8-12 weeks to fully calm down). However. It is believed that the psychological addiction and the habitual side of smoking takes a lot longer to break. I still reach for a mod after a meal despite a lack of withdrawal symptoms - that's the habit.
Sorry I rambled on, I may be incorrect. It's just my view of things and my personal experience. I may Vape 0mg on holiday but I don't really need to at the moment - I feel pretty good!
