It appears that Blu has been having alot of shipments being siezed at the Canadian Border so has therefore stopped shipping to Canada altogether...

I just spoke with Taylor at customer service and she said she had to cancel my order because I'm in Canada, or provide a U.S. Address to ship to...

Would've been nice to get an e-mail about this instead of finding out when checking on the status of my order...

btw I ordered on the 28th of June...

Guess anyone else who's oreders are still pending are out of luck like me...

Oh crap. THAT SUCKS!

so are BLU officialy not shipping to Canada right now and forever, until rules change???

How can I contact customer service, Channy could you please provide a #? I would like to ask and find out if that is still the case.

If so I do have an option to have it sent to somewhere in the states as I will be visiting in a few weeks. But then I'm worried about when I will need refil cartridges, once i smoke them up, will I never have any more????

thanks.

this totally sucks for Canadians!!!! and it's not BLU's fault. atleast i don't think it is. it's really the stupid Canadian government rules. they are the one halting any BLU products from entering the country...

i just spoke to costomer service, and i seem to be completely out of options and am very dissapointed...

even worse, not only is BLU having trouble, but i think pretty much all E-cigs will not be allowed into the country!!!

how long will it take Canada to ****ing smarten up. probably forever unfortunately, stupid Canadian laws. This country is so lame.

melikey - looks like you found the number...

Yeah looks like at least from BLU we wont be able to get anything up here in Canada... at least until customs decides to start letting them ship here...

I've had very good luck with other suppliers from the states, and China... no issues so far, and hopefully none in the near future... fingers crossed...

I love ruyan, and innovapor is great... good luck...

Hey Channy, thanks again for the help!

i was pretty upset when I heard the news from BLU....but that was before i did some digging and found a few suppliers right here in Canada. I was so releived to find out that buying from American companies weren't our only options.

I bought a 510 from Happy Vaper, got it immediately, and almost forgot that just earlier this week I was desperately waiting for August 1st JUST to order from BLU.

e-cigs are the frikkin' coolest things in the world.

here's the email i got - you'll prolly get one too eventually :

Dear blu Customer,

Regrettably, due to Canadian regulations, we can no longer accept orders for blu with Canadian shipping addresses. Recent orders have been seized by Canadian customs preventing us from shipping any future orders to Canada.

If you have a pending order with a shipping address in Canada, the order will be cancelled and your credit card account will not be charged. The "Authorization Hold" that was placed on your account when you submitted your order will automatically expire, typically within 7-14 days of the hold being placed. Please contact your credit card bank if you have any questions regarding the "Authorization Hold" as blu Customer Service cannot access that information.

While we can no longer accept orders with Canadian shipping addresses, your account will remain active and accessible. Should you wish to place a new order, blu continues to ship to US addresses.

We share in your frustration with the limitations imposed by regulations that are preventing us from meeting the ongoing product needs of our customers. We encourage you to contact your local government representatives to express your viewpoint. We hope that with the support of our customers we can change the current environment and once again be able to ship to Canada.

Sincerely,
blucigs.com
