Thank you Baditude for the chart.

I am waiting for my tesla to come in the mail and was wondering about that information.

I just...just...can't take it anymore. I give up. I'm now convinced that he (Baditude) has a laminated credit-sized vaping chart in his wallet. And a hot-key in his browser for posting the link to it.

I'm making it a Windows desktop wallpaper. It won't be of any use to me since I don't build coils at my computer, but it sure seems popular. And I want to be "in with the crowd". Besides that's how a lot of people on here started smoking, and look how well that turned out. :glare: Guess I'll have to get a copy of it laminated too. Maybe I'll paste it to my multi-meter!

I'd stay away from the rebuildable atomizers, replaceable heads, tanks, etc for a bit. Just personal opinion. There are some that get into them and don't have any issues, but I bet 50% or more have "extra problems" that they just don't need while starting out by using the "more sophisticated gadgets".

Start with a few standard cartos and clearos and an atomizer or two. The "battery" side....eGo twist or other...there's several types. Get into other stuff later. Or it gets too confusing with no real world experience to relate to.

Totally agree, though she will need replaceable heads for her clearos at some point.

Hello! My first post here. Just thought I would share a little on my experiences. My first was a Luci disposable. LOL I loved it at the time-how little did I know! So I started on the Blu cigs a couple of years ago because it was the only thing I could buy locally. Eventually I started reading up and settled on an Inferno Kit since it seemed pretty hot back then. That was the first time I realized how much better pen styles were than cig styles even though I was choking on that swill they sell. I pretty immediately got the impression that the people there want your money a heck of a lot more than they want your opinion. So I waited...and waited and still no store to buy at. Finally, we got a couple of vendors at one of the local Flea markets outside of Knoxville and the most awesome store in Lenoir City! Thank you Mikes! It was there that I was introduced to the Kanger EVOD in person. It blows the Tube Tank I was smoking out of the water at half the price I was paying and no waiting!! Also no time needed to let the cotton batting soak to avoid burning a new carto, very little noise, no leaking, and no flooding and better flavor and vapor! It might gurgle a little but it usually goes away the next hit and if it doesn't go away you can just flick the tip at a trash can or sink and the extra condensation and such will come right out. It doesn't hold as much liquid but it's enuf to last between charges so that's not a thang. I'm calling it a winner for now. I've still got a lot of stuff to try but I can say from what I've heard and my own experience you're not gonna go wrong with an evod on any pen battery or something bigger like a provari/pro tank. If you want to avoid the math(no S) just get a pair of pass tru pen batteries, get a couple different ohm coils to try and ur done. I've still yet to go VV and I'm happy. I've tried a Provari w/expensive tank and was duly impressed with it's pull, flavor, and vapor- it was truly top notch but too big for me. As far as the replaceable heads or coils go I think you should at least get a pack of five to start. I expect 1.5 ohm LR (low resistance dual coil)tank cartos to last anywhere from 2 days up to a week and a half before they start clogging and tasting bad and I'm thinking these bottom fed single coils on the evod will last at least that long and probably much longer. I did have a problem with one of the 2.5 ohm coils that came with the evod, it started clogging after I chain vaped four tanks my first night with the thing! I stuck in a 1.8 ohm and have been flying high. My experience so far has been one in 20 or so coils is a dud. Good luck!

I forgot! The EVOD tip stays cool no matter how hard I'm vaping. My Tube Tank would burn my lips even with the plastic tips when I dug into it.

Also forgot Anyone using an Inferno Battery or the like is gonna need the liitle converter screw so it has the outside ego screw in order to fit an evod until you get a more compatible ego battery. It would be a real bummer to find that out after days of anticipating vape mail!

lol You're just mean

I do admit to watching a few conversations about DIY out of the corner of my eye and that's probably not too far in my future. I'm a much better cook than electrician. Frankly, I'm not entirely sure why the lights come on when I flip the little switch but I make a mean homemade chili.

Can you please get into DIY juices then.. and make us some awesome flavours
