so so quiet everywhere... hope everyone is safe and well...

up early from some odd reason and thought I would stop by... I've been vaping straight glycerine for awhile,,, I just can't do the flavor drops .. Capella drops it was an alarming reaction right away,, for the Lorrans wasn't alarming but lots of gas.. Makes me wonder what the flavors are made from in the premade liquids, it can't be all that different in ingredients then capella drops or lorrans and I don't have a reaction to the premade flavor'd liquids..

Did get my nic order in for my Ry4 and again 24mg nic lol... I love it when I have it,, but great I don't care when it's just straight glycerine either..

Hope everyone is doing well... just drop by to say hi and look around..

Dropping n to say hiya! Going nuts out here in Kentucky. We're on day three of no school due to snow, and going a little batty. It's a good thing I have plenty of juice-otherwise things would be much worse. Havning spent the last 7 years in a climate that dosn't get seriously cold I'm flummoxed and baffled over the whole season. So ready for spring, so ready for Next month (the hubs gets mid leave, 1 month of bliss!) and so ready for it to quit snowing out my kids schools!

Off to mke some more coffee! Take care.

Just joined the group, and thought I'd "introduce myself". Of course, I have no idea what info is interesting, so.... I joined the forum in January, but lurked here since October when i got my manual Vapor King. I've been smoke-free for almost 2 months. no cravings, no other tobacco products. I vape 1-2 carts a day 18-24mg/ml. I'm in Alabama, and am not sure how many others there are here. I'm new to forums in general, so if there are hints to participating- etiquette tips- I'd appreciate them. If I'm gonna be rude, I'd rather do it on purpose ;)

Hello ladies, I too am new to ECF. I'm a brand new -0- nic vaper, just got my first PV yesterday, a 510 which so far I'm quite happy with. As you can see I'm from Texas, didn't even give it away with the name Huh?? I've been here pretty much my entire life except for a couple of years in New Mexico back in my hippie days (mid 70's). Like most, I like my job but don't like to have to go to work everyday, would much rather have some sort of talent that would enable me to work from home. I'm glad I'm in Texas and not up north (where my only child is - covered in snow). I'm single, even after 3 husbands and one LTR I still think practice makes perfect so if I come across one worth trying I might consider giving co-habitation a chance again. In the mean time, I share my home with a sister, 5 dogs, 2 cats and a small flock of chickens (outside for the birds please).

CES and Lady..you are most welcome in the Women's Room! Here are the rules..ready?
Play nice! That's it and I think that covers it all. The rest of the forum has rules and of course they apply here too..but things like staying on topic and spelling don't count for us. Unless it's a serious thread..then just try to be helpful and supportive..for us gals that's a given, but the guys do drop by from time to time.
As for language and jokes..if you wouldn't show it to a kid or your g'ma..don't post it here. Too many people get upset and it's just not worth the hassle.
Oh and the topics range far and wide from what you had for dinner to what drives you nuts. the topic doesn'tHAVE to do with E-cigs but it can if you want. Just chat like you would if your friends came by for coffee!
Welcome again!

Pat, one of the guys swears vaping glycerin is like tasting popped corn..does it taste like that to you?

Hi all, its been a while....... just ordered some juice from Mrs T's bakery, cant wait to try them with all the rave reviews and yummy flavor choices I cant wait till they arrive!

I've never tried her flavors. We were using the Rath Juice but it got to where nobody had the flavor we wanted in stock for weeks at a time. We're trying from another vendor now and it's fast service and good flavor so far!!! And always in stock!!! Big plus!

Hi again! SO Bored today. Vaping some Ms.t and trying to get my breakfast eaten before it gets cold. Anyone know good (low sugar/fat) bfast foods? I'm getting tired of eggs and protien shakes. Trying to loose a few winter pounds and breakfast is so important, but it's NEVER been a meal I like to eat.

Hello All... just found all the social groups. It only took me a month...

I just started vaping in mid-January and I really love it. So much so that I've already invested waaay too much money into supplies! Heh! Still smoking a few analogs a day but planning to quit them all soon.

I'm 45, single, possibly hypothyroid, definitely hormonal, no kids, 2 large cats and no significant other. I live in Florida and work at the Space Center (for now).

Nice you meet yas!

I've banned low- and non-fat foods from my diet but a good breakfast for me is peanut butter on a whole wheat muffin or hot oat bran cereal. I found a great low glycemic index natural sweetener called Agave Nectar that I use in my coffee. Works great and doesn't have any weird or synthetic after taste. Even better than stevia!

If you are avoiding carbs... hmm... Try a turkey burger or some other non-traditional breakfast food? I always have a hard time with the low carb breakfast ideas.

I like oatmeal! It's filling and doesn't undo my day of no sugar before I can even get my eyes open!
Another breakfast is a piece of bread with a hole in the middle in a skillet..crack an egg in the hole and fry until the white is done..flipping once.
I also eat glucerna cereal with almonds in it..no sugar but lots of fiber.

Welcome to the Women's Room Metstoo! It's not hard to find us..go down the hall, look under the stairs and we are next to the snack room! If you get lost look for a lady and follow her!..Just not the crazy one who went to the gas station today and discovered she left the house with her fuzzy slippers on! (that would be me)..at least I live in the country and no one even noticed!

I am a barefoot kind of gal, I hate shoes! But in the winter..yes, even in Fla. my feet get cold..hence the fuzzy slippers! At our wal-mart I used to see people in slippers and P.J.'s!

That seems to be the official shopping uniform at our Wal-Mart too!! What's up with that?? I believe in being comfortable but....

Jammies are pretty mild for Walmart at times. I've seen MUCH worse! There is an entire web site dedicated to it!

People of Walmart: a collection of all the creatures that grace us with their presence at Walmart, America's favorite store.

Talk about a laugh fest!!! When will women figure out that it is NOT ATTRACTIVE to wear clothes that are 5 sizes too small!!!! I don't want to look at my own fat!!! I sure don't want anyone else to have to look at it!!! AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!! 8-o
