New report says...
2500 acres burnt. The fire was started by a log truck wreck, the driver of the log truck was killed.
So far, no homes have been reported as damaged. No new evacs have been ordered.

Good news to hear Kay! Still might be hard to get any sleep with it that close, though. Hopefully you can get some cat naps, though. That's what I always fear too - the CA wildfires. We've been fortunate this year so far. Please keep us posted on any new developments. Amen on "Thank you Lord." Take care of yourself and be safe, dearheart.

anyone have a very simple basic DIY peppermint recipe? or like.. I have coffee flavor, lemon extract, peppermint extract, and a couple of 6mg nasty juices that need to be covered. I have 24mg nic and prefer to make something near 18mg. I don't have my VG yet so trying to work with what I have. the nasty juices are fruit flavored
or you can just tell me how your day was

My Dad is in the hospital, got sent there from the doctor's office this afternoon, some possible heart blockage. They are going to test him in the morning to see if they are going to put a stint in his heart or not. I guess my folks have known for a month there was trouble and never said anything.

They can do amazing things these days with heart problems. My dad had to have stints put in a year or so ago. It was a relatively simple procedure and it worked well. (i didn't hear anything about it until he was in the hospital either - directly from the doctors office too. Grrrrr. )
