Oooooooooooooh! Just chatted with my brother on facebook, he's going to get a new car tomorrow (driving 3 hours each way for a good deal, he works for a car finance company so he has good connections), and he's going to give us his old car! Right now we have a minivan and a 1993 Dodge Dakota, the latter of which has a dying transmission that we can't afford to replace. We've been looking to sell it (it's only worth $300 with the dead transmission) and get a new used car, though we'd have to save up the cash to buy one (can't get financing at the moment, not making enough). The minivan is a huge gas guzzler, and I usually only drive back and forth between work and the grocery store, so that's a lot of gas to use for such small trips. The only time I need to drive the van is when I need to take my girls somewhere, or when we go on a trip, so it will be nice to have something for every day use! It'll also be nice to have a reliable second car in case we have an emergency. One of my biggest fears of driving the van with the carseats is that I'll break down or crash or something and my husband won't be able to get to me.

So excited! The car was just (2 days ago literally) involved in a minor fender-bender, but I used to drive this car:

Drove this car like this for 2 years, so I don't think it bothers me much to drive a wreck :p

(I had no less than 5 accidents/scrapes in this car, lived in a dangerous driving area, but the 2 you see here are from a different area; I guess that car was just bad luck for me) :p

Awwww, just found out that one of my coworkers ruined us wearing the Texas Rangers gear this weekend, so back to the stiff shirt and ties :(

Hope I can return my shirt that I bought, just bought it tonight, and I don't want to pay $20 for something that I can't even wear!

Some people.....sheesh!!!! Congrats on the car!!!

Did someone say margarita juice for breakfast......Mmmmmm........

I'm 10 days behind here but I see I'm just in time to join the Margarita party.

I hope everyone with health issues gets past them soon. I am not a good sick person, I find it annoying and then I get irritated and grumpy and probably wear myself out more with my bad attitude.

I'm always looking for intense flavors. May I ask which V4L flavor was being referred to?

btw, I skipped Starbucks and went for the juice.
