No vaping

I was told yesterday that we are not allowed to use are e-cigs in my factory any more. Yet the always complain about the analog butts laying around out side. To top it off my plant dose a lot if welding so there is always smoke in the building. So my question to every one here is what can I do to change there minds and get them to allow us to vape inthe building

Well lets look at this welding produces more harmful toxins than a regular cig an e cig is green I would tell your employer are you protecting us from the harmful welding gases that a mig a tig or plasma welder produce.
