Yes, it's cheaper. Not always by a lot, but it is cheaper
Price divided by ml = price per ml
(not mg/ml)
All prices below are from Wizard Labs
60mg/ml @ 120ml $11.39 - 240@30mg/ml = 11.39 >>>>> $0.09 per ml
60mg/ml @ 250ml $21.29 - 500@30mg/ml = 21.29 >>>>> $0.085 per ml
100mg/ml @ 60ml $9.99 - 120@50mg/ml >> 240@25mg/ml >>>> $0.16 per ml
100mg/ml @ 120ml $15.99 - 240@50mg/ml >> 500@25mg/ml = $15.99 >>>>> $0.13 per ml
100mg/ml @ 250ml $29.99 - 500@50mg/ml >> 1000(1-Liter)25mg/ml = $29.99 >>>>> $0.11 per ml
60mg/ml does look cheaper per mg/ml, but only at first glance, and that's because it's not the same mg per ml being compared so the lower price tricks your mind
Also, keep in mind, above you are looking at price per ml of liquid not per mg/ml of nicotine
SO, take both prices above (120ml used below) and multiply each amount on order to arrive at an equal 300mg per ml, then you have equal price ranges per mg/ml for comparison
60mg/ml @ ($0.09 per ml) x5 = 300mg/ml = $0.45 mg/ml
100mg/ml @ ($0.13 per ml) x3 = 300mg/ml = $0.39 mg/ml
None of this takes in to account the fact that you then have to buy other liquids to arrive at the mixed amount you compare to, but I you can compare at a glance and see it's cheaper at higher mg/ml. For example, 120ml of PG 100mg/ml $15.99, and if you compare that with 250ml of PG 48mg/ml it's still cheaper to get the 100mg/ml and purchase the additional 120ml of PG to mix it down to 250ml of 50mg/ml
It's only a small savings of course, but it is a savings, and that savings does increase as you purchase larger sizes. And of course, sometimes you already have PG or VG in large amounts on hand, so that makes it even better to buy the higher mg/ml because you already have the PG/VG so you wont be adding that to the order either.
Hope that helps instead of confuses
