Here is a few checks I would do.

1. Take a look at your juice bottle. Is the tube that runs inside sitting all the way on the bottom of the bottle. If it is, this can create a seal so that the juice wont come up. If this is the case, you can CAREFULLY slide the cap down the tube slightly, until the tube just barely gets to the bottom of the bottle.

2. Take out the battery and bottle and remove your atty/carto. Clean it up a little bit, then put your mouth over the catch cup portion of the REO and gently blow. You should feel air coming out from the tube. If not then I suspect there would be some type of blockage.

I wouldn't suggest sticking anything in the connection without checking with Rob "Redeyedancer" first. You would hate to damage any seals in there and risk a possible short. If it is a blockage, you may consider a bit stronger blow to see if that clears it, but might risk blowing the tube off.

If it's the tube against the bottom the above should help. If you confirm it's a blockage I would probably PM Rob and ask for suggestions, or maybe another Reonaut will have some advice on blockages.

Good luck. Hope that helped.

Hi Sophie...yes, the first time feeding can be difficult. There are a couple of ways to get past this. First, you can remove the atty/carto and gently press on the bottle until you see the juice arrive in the atty connector. I wouldn't fill the whole reservoir cup...just enough so you know its getting here. If you're still not getting juice to the atty connector, take a look at the bottom of the bottle to see if the feed tube has somehow vacuumed itself to the bottom of the bottle. This can be adjusted by either sliding the bottle cap further up the feed tube or down the feed tube. You can also trim a corner off the end of the feed tube. Second, you leave the atty/carto on the mod and assist the juice by drawing on the drip tip while pressing gently on the bottle. Do this slowly & gently so as not to blow a bunch of juice in your mouth. Regardless, this first feeding up the tube takes more time the first time. Once its done, you shouldn't have any further issues with it. Let me know how it goes! :)

Right at first it takes awhile for the juice to move up into the atty. Try drawing on the atty while squonking (pushing on) the bottle. You will hear a gurgle as the juice moves up the tube into the atty. Also check the lid of the bottle, it should be tight but not over tight. It takes a little time, but you should be able to even see the juice move up the tube some as you squonk.
Let us know how it goes.

One other thing...one time I replaced the bottle and didn't tighten the top very well. It didn't leak or anything, but it also didn't push anything but air up the tube.

And...er...I hesitate to even mention this, but you do know it doesn't auto-feed, right? You have to push the bottle.

Great that it is working!!! You can always pop in on the lounge thread here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reos-mods/95123-reo-lounge-reo-grand-opening-sale.html There are usually some people there 24/7 and ask a quick question. Or of course post a thread here like you did and check back after a few minutes. REO forum is the place to come!!

Thanks for all the replies!
