Noob with a question

Hey y'all... I was gifted a vape last month and I have been in love with it but lately I've been having a problem. Okay by lately I mean last night and all day today still annoying. Lately my first hit tastes fine but if I try to take a long drag or several hits in it starts to burn my throat. I know it's not the coil I changed out the coil my local Vape shop looked at my coil said it looked fine said my machine looks fine they thought it was a problem with my juice. So I'm hoping y'all have some ideas...

Some background on what I'm working with I have a smok vape pen 22, and I have been using maskervape sour gummy 3 mg nicotine and (Edited) in there sweet nothings flavor 50mg. Again it's definitely not the atomizer so I need some ideas

Sounds like you might be burning your liquid (dry hits). This can happen for several reasons but basically the device is unable to feed juice to the coil fast enough for your vaping style. Could be the VG/PG ratio of the juice (too thick) could just be the device is not suitable for your style of vaping.

Welcome and glad you joined.
So many reasons may cause throat burning. I would purchase some plain vegetable glycerin (VG) and just vape that. I believe Walmart has some USP grade Humco.

You may have developed an allergy to PG. Bad nicotine may be cause it. If you find that the plain VG is fine, you will need to vape heavy percentaged (or all VG) VG e-liquid.
If the throat still burns it could be a number of other reasons.
