Well, you should be able to tell if the tank has a hole in it just by looking... it will be small, but should be visible. To prep an eGo tank you have to stick it in the tankomizer first to punch the hole, and then you should really remove the little plastic piece that remains from punching it out with a pair of tweezers to make sure it doesn't get blocked. It's best to do this before you put juice in the tank so you can more easily remove that piece. If it definitely has a hole in it, try blowing in as well as taking some more drags without pressing the button. Also, what is the PG/VG blend of your juice? Is it light or dark? Some juices, namely juices with a high VG content (or any thicker juices) and darker juices just don't work well with eGo tanks. It sucks if this is your favorite juice, but it's a fact of vaping.

The hard caps can be very hard to puncture. It can take a lot of force to get them to seat all the way. My suggestion is to buy the soft caps when you can and replace the hard caps. They puncture a lot easier. And as was said with either of the caps, puncture the hole first thing and then remove the little donuthole first before filling the tank. also on the atomizer, take a tissue and clean out the liquid that most are shipped with to keep the wick wet. I go as far as to rinse it out with water a couple of times, take a tissue and holed it to the wick end and blow though the battery end to blow out the excess water, Then take the tissue to dry out both ends. Sounds like more of a job then it really is. Then after the tank is filled push it in and pull out a couple of times to prime the wick with the juice.

Welcome!

I had the same issue with a new brand of tank cartridge I tried recently. The cart has a rubber plug in the bottom (the part that snaps into the atty). This plug is soft and got pushed up into the tank so that it wasn't feeding the atty. I switched back to the other tank carts I got from Totally-Wicked. They have a hard cap on them that seems to lock up positively with the needle in the atty. Just have to push them in till your feel/hear the "snap!"

100% PG juices will flood in an eGo-T tank and VG juices will feed slowly. Look for some 70pg/30vg juices for a happy medium.

You might want to try some Boge 2.0 Cartos on that eGo-T battery. Once you do, you might decide, like I did, to put those tanks in a box somewhere and never look back. Use the cone to dress it up and support the carto and buy a 510 drip tip to round out the combination.

If you decide to try cartos, watch this video for an easy fill method, at least for the first fill to get them saturated. After that, you can pop off the cap and drip in a couple of drops as the filler turns white on top.
