My loving wife bought me a Vapage u turn 1300VV yesterday (turns out im the guinea pig for her to try it). I have to say that i really enjoy it and have already found a distaste for analogs flavor. lol.

my question is: the tank that came with it I've decided was too small and got a Vapage 5 ml tank with 2.0 dual coils. its the style with the wicks hanging down. the local shop was also showing me the 1.8 bottom feed dual coil as well but couldn't tell me the difference in performance etc.
is there a better style or brand etc that i should match up with this particular stick vs. what i have?

thanks!
Brandon

check out the aspire BDC on kidneypuncher.com. it is a bottom feed system and you can choose small or large tanks that use the same coil heads so they are interchangeable. ive never heard of the brand "vapage" but the aspire bdc is the best performance for the cheapest price in my opinion. It is the tank i recommend to all new vapers because it is a no-fuss system. What kind of prices are you paying for that equipment? you might be able to get it cheaper online.

The bottom feed tanks are much nicer than top wick tanks in my opinion because the wicks stay wet all the time and the pressure of the liquid on the coil helps it wick much better. So basically, not as many dry, burned hits.

My personal recommendation would be either the Kanger Aerotank or the Aspire Nautilus as both have air flow control and dual coil heads with glass tanks that are safe with all flavors of eliquid

uturn seems to just be a rebranded generic twist style brand (the one website I found that sells them seems extremely overpriced for what you get - $35 for the 1300mah - and it was the vapage website :) )

hope this helps a little - congrats on attempting to switch off of cigs and welcome to ECF

What are you looking to achieve with your new setup?

basically just looking for a solid reliable performer. years ago i tried the cig look-a-like versions and didn't like the all the hassles which has brought me to this style now.

it was $40 for the kit + 3) 15ml juice for another $15. the extra tank etc was $15. vapage makes the vmod too, seems its more common than the u-turn??
thanks for the advice on the tanks you mention!
