LOL, this is why I told Oliver "no feedback" though I did give some, but I'm resistant to changes. I've gotten used to "liking" posts.
Oliver, when I meant no feedback, I meant I didn't want to give *you* feedback, not that I didn't want to be able to give feedback at all, LOL (I'm sure he knew what I meant). This may have to do with a request made by some members for a separate "read" and "like" button, for posts that were tragically tragic, and you didn't want to like them, but maybe to acknowledge them?
*And* I'm *Quite* sure I'll be fine with the new system eventually, it just.... New forum setup updates are just a *bear* to get running. I modded on a (much less strict) forum at one point for other things, and updates were always a PITA as they were getting going, but they usually turned out Just Fine in the end. It's an amazing amount of work that goes into it, too, from what I understand.... Our admin used to have fits, and he didn't solicit member feedback at *all*
