Yes I have tried both, they both create same issue when removing and re-attaching. I will most likely go back to the store I bought them, as well as the charger from and will see if he has any other tanks that may a smaller connection. An will also ask for new charger, and have him try it there so I don't leave disappointed!

Sounds like a good plan. It's a lot easier troubleshooting when you can see the problem. Take your battery with you when you go so they can see whats happening. Hope it all works out for you. Stick with it, it's well worth it. 
Yeah I think its my best shot at getting this problem resolved. Thanks for the advice/tips everyone. Very appreciative of your responses. So i'll go back to shop tomorrow and let you know if I solved the problems!!
Yep center pin adjustment fixed my problem. Now vaping away on my eGo-c twist. Cheers guys, probably should have done a little more googling first as now I know what the problem was, I can see a lot of posts and vids on how to fix it. Obviously just wasn't using the right search terms.

I have been vaping for a few months and working through a learning curve. Most of the shops around me are not great with problem solving. I have the eGo-C Twist. I think it may be time to replace it and its not even 2 months old. I just pulled it off the charger and checked the center pin. When I put my Mini Pro Tank 3 on it, I get a lil bit of vape but the light just blinks. It is not off. I also just had the tank replaced earlier this week because I had gone through 3 coils in 3 days. I am now wondering if it has been the battery all a long.
Ok folks so I ended up buying a new ego c twist and charger yesterday at a different store because the other was closed. It works perfectly. Then today I went back to the original store and told them about my battery and charging issues. They replaced my battery and charger for free. It's working perfectly as well. So now I've got 2 ego-c twist batteries and 2 chargers. So I can vape one and the other will be charged by the time my other is about out of battery charge. Perfect end to my story if I do say so myself.
