On July 22 The city council of Northhampton will be holding a hearing to change its tobacco regulations to include ecigs. We all know that electronic smoking isn't smoking at all. It was designed to protect not just smokers but those around them. However, idiots never sleep, it seems. Tell them how it is, even if you can't get to Northhampton.
