I am 42, smoked for 26 years, and never had any random nose bleeds until I started vaping. I have been vaping just over 2 years and in the last year I have had a handful (5/6) of random nose bleeds. The past couple months I have started drinking more water, 1.5 to 2L a day, and it has subsided. I am no medical professional, but in my case it seemed to be a drying out issue, which vaping PG can cause, plus I live in Arizona. Your case might be totally different, but upping your water intake, and remaining diligent about it, would be the first place I would start. Like I said, this is just my experience with a similar issue, if you want an educated diagnosis you need to see a doctor.
Googling just about any medical condition will inevitability lead back to cancer, so I typically try to avoid that. (said in jest)
