not even sure what to google on this one...

I'll apologize ahead of time for being in that "knows enough to be dangerous" zone. Normally I google everything pretty heavily before asking, but, like the title says, I'm not sure what to google...

I've got an AGA-TD which I have successfully vaped before, but have settled on a dual mesh setup until my FC-2ks get here. Re-watched a couple of videos, very carefully rolled out my mesh (3.1mm diameter), placed the first one, very carefully wrapped it 4/3 (figuring it to come out 0.8 - 1 ohm, but assuming I'd be heavy), hooked it up to my meter and am showing 2.0-2.3 ohms (which is my first puzzle), but cannot get it to fire either on my Vamo3 or my chimesis. Checking from both the posts and the 510 connection, I'm showing the same 2.0-2.3 ohms, but since it won't fire, I assume I'm not making contact somewhere, but where do I start digging at? It's not like the hookup is some sort of rocket surgery, and the AGA has worked previously on the Vamo, so I'm wondering if I'm not missing some total noob thing that has probably been pointed out a ton of times before....

if I read this correctly you are getting 2.0 - 2.3 at the 510 connection?? that means each coil is at 4.0 ohms each Either pump up the wattage or increase the voltage and see if you are getting any kind of sputter. If no sputter at max settings, then the pin on your batteries may be pushed down and not making contact. BTW did you oxidize the mesh first?? Oxidizing the mesh forms an insulative ( electrical) "coating" on it. If you didnt, the mesh acts like a metal tube and conducts the electricity, skipping the coil...
