Not for use with sub ohm?

Hey yall, newer to vaping anything other than disposables. so some questions. i bought two juices. cereal slam by slam juice and arctic menthol by juice head. Two very different juices cereal slam says i cant use it with sub ohm likely because its 30mg/ml which is whatever. my issue now is. i just now saw it says i cant use it with sub ohm devices *ima be real I HAVE NO IDEA what sub ohm means. so *

anyways i also bought a lil pod system with the two juices. The vaporesso xros 5 mini. Can i use cereal slam with this device or no?

Also another lil question. Best menthol vape juices? not mint, not fruitty menthol, not flavored menthol, just straight up menthol like im hitting a cigarette flavor i stg everywhere i look i just get watermelon ice, pineapple ice, or spearmint. i just want... authentic menthol like the vuse alto menthol

Welcome to the forum, glad you joined us. 30mg nic is high number for sub-ohm. Sub ohm used to be considered coil resistance below 1 ohm. Now, coils .6, .8, and .4 ohms are pretty mainstream.

If you have recently quit or trying to quit smoking the 30mg will probably be okay in a mouth to lung setup. Just don't use sub-ohm coils (any coil under 1.0). Another option is to add some vg and/or pg to the 30mg juice to dilute the nic. As far as a menthol juice just Google it. If you are unfamiliar with the site just ask here at ecf or ask for links.

If a true pod system, you can use sub ohm pods with high nic, just can’t use a glass sub ohm tank with replaceable coils. Small mouthpiece should be your indicator if safe to use high nic.
I run 55mg nic in a .4 ohm qpod from geekvape. If I were to do the same with a true subohm tank I’d be sick after 2 hits, but can chain vape with a qpod at .4.
So you will know if you can or can’t real quick haha.
