There are some "stickies" at the top of the forums, as well as the front page- to introduce you to all the different types of equipment. And what works with what. Often it makes sense to work your way up, equipment wise.

Otherwise you're buying stuff based on a few stranger's recommendations who don't know you, and a month down the road may sell all the stuff that they've highly recommended to you today.

For $7 for a 5 pack, and each one lasting me about 5-7 days. I'm good with using them and tossing them.

So we will say ~$10/month for use on my Reo mini. Yup I'm good using and throwing out
Agreed but OP was throwing away brand new cartos. I didn't buy very many cartos or liquids at first so I could test a few different versions and flavours and that meant rinsing a few cartos out... That or if I get tired of a juice after a day or two the carto is still plenty good to use again with another flavour after it's cleaned. But yeah, the boge 2.0's only like 5V for about 3 maybe 4 days or so then they go intermittent on me.

just to chime in, depends on whether you want to be seen with some big hulking thing or something more inconspicuous. tons of mods out there that are expensive and bulky, some are small too of course. less conspicuous thing are like the riva/egoT batteries/etc.

your power source has an impact on what rating of vaping devices you connect to it. some are only for higher voltages, some for lower. of course you can get a variable voltage device that lets you experiment, but after you find what you like, there's little reason for the variable voltage aspect i would think. granted, some will say some juices taste better at different voltages, but that tweaking isn't for everyone. i'll take a $5 bottle of any muscat grape wine to anyone's $100 red/white. but you may not...

cartomizers are an easy middle ground for convenience/longevity and most definitely price. something that holds 1.6ml of juice will last a bit, especially if you carry around 5 or so of different flavors with you.

i prefer dual coil 1.5ohm cartomizers, cheap as heck and each can last a couple weeks.

as for longevity, yeah, get something no less than 900mah of battery life.

I've actually never tried them at 5v. Ive just been rocking them on the Reo Mini at 3.7. Going to have to try that.

As for cleaning to change flavours. I just vape it until its a bit dry (not to the point that you are burning anything) and just change juice. I usually get a very minor cross over in flavour, but its gone in a couple pulls.
