Not happy with Protank 3 purchase

hi there folks,

I recently bought a kanger protank 3 and am not happy with the way it works. of course me being a noob maybe there is something i am doing wrong. I am using Ego-t batteries and the sales guy from my local store suggested that if I am using the dual coils with it to use on the second setting for the batteres. I'm not getting as much vapor as I do from my evod tanks as well as the taste is quite off, am I doing something wrong? any advice you guys would have for me would be gratly appreciated.

I did make sure to clean it throughly before I started using it, have also tried using singlr and dual coils as both can be used and still not getting a very good vape or flavor from it.

I'm using the protank 2 (with aerotank base) and I haven't really come across any problems with vapor production or taste. I cleaned and dry burned the stock wick and the tank and everything and filled it up and started using it shortly after. Only thing I could really say is just maybe soak the wick in cheap vodka for about 30 minutes then rinse it thoroughly (or soak it in regular water for 30 minutes) then dry burn it to burn off any excess gunk. Maybe play around with different voltages to see if possibly the voltage is to high or to low for your liking?

Hello, i used ego battery when i got my protank but for me it was not enough, so i got a vision spinner with variable voltage and that i use at around 4.3 volts or more to get satisfying vape with good flavor and good throat hit.

I bought a Protank 3 about a month ago and it's pretty worthless, the 2 is a lot better. The guy at the store even told me it wasn't any good and recommended against buying it, but I did anyway. I don't know what's wrong with it but it doesn't produce much vape and not a lot of flavor either. The guy did warn me about that, should've listened. In short, I don't think it's you.
