just a little update.

My replacement hardware is on it's way. Other than the great length of time it has taken to get things moving I am vary satisfied with PS.
I chalk up the problems I had as simple biz growing pains. I am confident that in the future any business dealing's I have with ps will be fine.
thx again PS for taking care of my issues.

One more "not happy" first time buyer here!! My order #10077 of DSE901 came with a defective atomizer and I've been sending emails for an RMA over and over since a month.
I hope after seeing my post here atleast they'll look into my issue.

Make sure to send Steve or Daniel a private message on here, as well.

That might get there attention quicker, as posts get buried pretty fast.

Ok, so I am a complete noob. I almost got lured into buying one of the Smoke Everywhere devices at the mall. I decided to do a little research first. Glad I did.
Anyway, I decided to purchase from PS due to the raving reviews on this forum. So far I am getting a little frustrated. I set my expectations based on what the web site stated, rather than what some may have found when ordering and posted as their experience. So my expectation is that I can expect an item to ship when they said I should be expecting it to ship. I guess my patience level varies depending on my expectations. On another note. I am REALLY happy with vapornine. I ordered some liquid two days after my original order with PS and it has shipped and is currently sitting on my kitchen table...just waiting for something to try it out in. Hopefully I can see what this is all about pretty soon. I have PM'ed PS from this forum. Sent a ticket to them, just waiting for a response.
