Peeps,I truly believe that V4L does the very best that they can do at all times.Human error happens and they always try to make it up to you.Im glad your happy with them too.

I couldn't agree more. They always take care of me and their products are awesome! My issue wasn't even human error-the discount for super sunday came off on the order form but wasn't on the invoice. Mark was kind enough, once aware, to issue a credit. V4L is the only place I'll buy from;)

Well, I am DEEPLY ....... I just got my new order, and I wanted a pony.

I know there was no pony on my wish list but I thought that Steve was supposed to know.

I'm sending back the Porsche because look, when I am thinking pony I don't want a Porsche, dammit, even if it IS free, or free cartos in a flavor that I might not like, either.

Also, I want this to be like OTHER stores, where if they make a mistake they act right and ignore me in an orderly and lawful manner. This is all very suspicious.

I'm watching closely to see if you send me gifts because when I order from this store I am supposed to get gifts because I'm supposed to, but don't send me gifts if you make a mistake, do you think I'm some kind of sucker or something?

And also when I had an issue I timed it and it was 4 minutes, not 3.

Steve.

The pony. 8-o

All Fresh, Came in Sat. (stocked up - scared of snowstorm & no cartos)

I'll trade ya whatever you need.

Frustrating when dealing mail order sometimes but to be fair, default is usually PG/VG mix.

BTW, my SunTrust -$445. Car insurance came in Friday. Bank pays all debits, largest to smallest. If funds are there but not available, they charge a FNA fee instead of a NSF Fee. So, All of my debits, 3 FNA Fees (108.00) and 5 NSF Fees. ($250.00) Should have owned a bank.

Let me know and I will help you get set up.

Some want a solution, some want a problem. [shrug] That's retail. This company I've been doing for [cough] close to a decade was my first foray into retail. Lots of learned lessons for sure.

I stress about customer service a lot LESS now, believe it or not. It's easy to fix actual problems. It's impossible to fix things that can't be fixed. I think I've grown the serenity to recognize the difference [most of them time]. Smile, give them their money back and thank whatever deity you are inclined to thank that it's that simple to move on.

Over the past 4-5 days the forum has been loaded with threads of suppliers complaints. I'm not judging but just observing. What I am truly amazed with however is of all the companies complained about V4L is the only company that I have seen jump on the forum almost immediately to respond. Give the company a chance to make it right! They obviously care enough to monitor the forum to IMMEDIATELY respond. I've never ordered from V4L, not yet anyhow simply because cartomizers are new to me and I just started using them and have refilled the few I have.

Bravo V4L for monitoring the forum and responding immediately to someone';s issue. This shows something to me and that is INTENT, intent to service a customer and address a complaint, not wait for a complaint thread to go on for day's on end and then reply. Just my .02.

A couple of somewhat-on-topic questions -- do you guys email or call about a problem(say...with a battery), or just note it in the comments on the next order without contacting someone first?

And what if you're not ordering anytime soon? Maybe email the intention to note it on the next order?

I've always emailed first, but it sometimes does seem to take a while for a response. (Well, it did before Valerie came on board!)

It depends on the problem. If it's a wrong/missing bottle of juice or incorrect cartos, I usually just put it in the comments of my next order.

Recently, I ordered 2 of the new manual shorties. When the order arrived, it had 2 auto shorties. I PM'd Mark about it, because I didn't feel right keeping the autos. Although I didn't expect it, I got an immediate response. He wouldn't wait for my next order to make the correction, but I managed to talk him into just sending them 1st class instead of Priority (I'm not hurting at all for batteries.) I sent the autos back and got the manuals today! I love them!

DON'T EVEN SAY THAT!!! I'm almost always on the verge of ordering! ;)

My comments in red.

Oh and to top it off i got a an overdraft notice from my bank...how in the heck can you go into the negative using a debit card? Not only that I deposited my paycheck that day but they like to hold it..2 years of their bs.

If it was a Visa or MC debit card, another thing it could be is that sometimes when you make an online purchase, funds in that amount are immediately temporarily reserved for it in your account, then when the charge is formally put through, there can be a brief period where both charges are being reflected at once. (That can happen with any purchase from any merchant, and if you made multiple purchases around that time it could have resulted from any one of them.)

Not sure if I explained that well or correctly but I do know that something to that effect definitely can happen and temporarily tie up doubled amounts of funds, so if another charge comes in during that time... kaboom! I think it's only with internet purchases but not sure about that. And kinda don't think it's something you can get reversed. :(
