I was not offended . just have been hit a lot for complaints after doing the steps of letting the company know and try to fix it . let me ask this , if you buy a product or even get bad food from somewhere and they refund it or make it right do you tell your friends and family about it ?

I don't generally make a big deal about getting bad food. I just won't go back there after trying it a couple of times. I will say that we have had pretty good luck with any orders that we have made. Which is 9 months worth = a lot of stuff from many different vendors.

I wasn't talking about the people that have tryed the email or PM posts first. I was talking about the people that immediately come on the forum with their complaints and don't even give the company a chance to respond!;)

I understand . however i feel that people should post their good and bad experiences that they have had with companies it helps others to make decisions on what to buy and who to buy from . I know v4l is going through a lot of changes .they are getting screwed as well from their suppliers . if v4l buys from joe schmoe and joe sells them a bad widget then they sell it to me i complain to v4l and they are the ones that catch crap due to i do not know who joe is . the best thing maybe v4l could do after a lot of being blamed is to quit buying from joe and find a better supplier . the thing is that i bought from v4l and not joe . I hope v4l gets it turned around due to i like dealing with them . however i can not keep buying from them as long as joe sells them stuff i do not like .i can't buy from someone just because i like them . i would rather buy from someone i do not like that has what i want and it works . after some some time i will give v4l a shot again , they have some of the best prices out there. I have bought stuff from 2 other suppliers several times and not one order has been messed up . like i said before i can understand an occasional mess up but not every time i order .

Oh, you better believe we are looking for better and better suppliers. That's one of the things I am doing here in China.

This is a forum that is open to the public and I agree people should have the right to post issues if they want and without getting flamed for posting. How you post and where you post will have a huge effect on the responses you get. Go into an angry rant and you will likely be met with resistance from those who have not had the same experiences. State the details and not just broad accusations in a calm manner and the responses will be much more sympathetic. This is not a comment on the OP but on the discussions of late.

No company is perfect. There is no way to satisfy all of the people all of the time, in fact some people can never be satisfied. But show me another company that stands behind their product like V4L, one that has their own person at the manufacturer working on quality control (which seems to be quite the battle, keep up the good fight Leaford) one company that is truly doing their best while growing at a mind blowing rate, one company that treats you like family and I'll consider spending some of my hard earned money their way too.

We all want our product to work every time but this is new technology and it's unavoidable that it has some glitches just like it's unavoidable there will be shipping glitches. But yes it sure does suck when it happens to be with you.

There is a moral obligation to be a good customer as much as there is to be a good vendor. That doesn't mean you lose your right to complain, just be fair and give them a chance to make things right.

In the end it's your money, spend it where you want to and vape happy!

good to hear . I know you have been working on it . I do read a lot on ecf . It does seem like you guys have been catching a lot of crap lately . that will change I know . I can say you guys try to make us all happy . I really do hope when v4l has to replace something to us that v4l gets reimbursed for it .

So just to clarify: It's ok for you to complain, but it's not ok for people to complain about your complaining?

That's an interesting stance.
if you referring to me . I really meant when i have went through the steps to any company about a bad product then post here and get bashed for it . a lot will assume that people that complain about a company has not tried to contact them and give them time to fix the problem . I myself contact the supplier first to see what can be worked out after that i am still going to share that bad experience to those that want to read about it . i will include all that happened , what was wrong how it was fixed if it was, and how long it took . just to be clear in what i meant i do not think it is right to bash someone for posting a legitimate complaint.
