WoW!!good morning everyone!and how is your day going so far!!Ive never even seen mod deleted post in V4L before, must be you guys are getting a bit upset.Take a few deep vapes.
if you go to a store to buy a black shirt would you be happy if they sold you a green one ? why don't we just ask the suppliers what we want ? obviously we do not know what we want .Are you actually like this in RL???
I do agree that the site needs to be a little more... organized? Not sure how to say it, but I think it needs to be a tad more 'user friendly'.
Just a suggestion!

It just seems to me a lot of people are trying to take advantage of the good nature of Steve and Mark in hopes of getting something for nothing if they complain enough. But that is my biased opinion.
And I gotta say that this forum is one of several reasons I went with V4L. I like to see a healthy user base. I don't think I've seen any other quite like this. And I've seen no less than 3 folks who are or seem to be representives of the company active here....that's a good thing!
steve i can really see an occasional mess up . my first , second and 3rd order was messed up . I have gotten 3 batteries replaced and the replacements were still messed up . i also had some bad carts replaced with more bad carts . i gave up at that point . crap being replaced with crap is still crap. that is the reason i do not speak nice about v4l .i just do not want to have the carts and batteries replaced again with more crappy carts and batteries . i have moved on but will share that experience in threads like this one .
let me know how that works out for you. although i can assure it wont.
good riddance.
i can assure NO other company will even attempt to help you like v4l will.
It's sad that customers have gotten so spoiled that they demand everything right everytime with no consideration to mistakes happening.
The worst (and best) thing to happen to retail businesses is "The Customer is Always Right". It's a good attitude to have as the business, but very bad for the customer to think that's always the case.
