You state on your site that you sell 10ml transparent dropper bottles with childproof caps. Alongside this description is a picture of the same:
What you're actually sending is 10ml translucent LDPE bottles WITHOUT childproof caps:
The whole reason I placed a bottle order with you guys was because of what you advertise. I need childproof bottles (kiddies in my house) and I hate LDPE.
All I want from you is for you to send me the bottles I ordered. You say you have them, so why not just send them?
What I don't want is your sob stories and excuses about how you aren't a bottle supplier or how you don't make enough money off of bottle orders. I really don't care, man, and I don't see how these excuses make it ok for you to mis-represent your product. But oh well....
I'm also not asking for you to admit any fault and I don't want an apology. You've made it clear that neither is going to happen. Oh well again.
When I receive the right bottles, I'll return YOUR MISTAKE on MY DIME. I'm actually an honest person who won't make excuses.
Maybe you could post a delivery confirmation number and then I'll do the same within 24hrs? Will that work since you don't trust me (for whatever reason)?
And yeah... I know my $20 order probably doesn't matter much, but it's the point of you acting like none of this is your fault, making me ship back with my own money, and making me wait for you to receive the order before you send me what I bought. It was your mistake, bud.... not mine.
I honestly didn't expect this from you, especially after the family ethics lesson on your home page.
