Update:
Mixed a batch of 60/40 PG/VG and bumped the nic up a little over 5mg. Also threw in more of my NET and this is so much more satisfying. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. This was a complete shift in my mixing and vaping so quickly that I just didn't understand what the heck I should do. So thanks again.
