Ohh, the Cub Cadets are very nice Cuz Wuzz!

And there is nothing that brings more cheer to my heart than sitting on the porch in my rocking chair watching a woman mow the lawn.

Sometimes it bothers me a little to ask her to get off the mower and bring me another glass of iced tea.

But it only bothers me for a minute .....

I would NEVER, NEVER NEVER dream of asking my Wife to get off to fix my tea. I always wait until she has to use the bathroom and stops by herself.

Thanks Tejas !! That basement needs fixing...I watched as my dad used a hose to keep Mom's basement siphoned out for years...When he passed and it became my responsibility I installed a catch basin and ran it down too the creek....Other than those frogs building a condo in the drain pipe a few years back it has worked flawlessly....Digging for the drain with the old "Chinese Back Hoe" and cutting the concrete with my automotive air hammer.....well it's what I had and I made it work...

Grats on joining the Cub Nation Wuzz !!!! I've got an old Cub at the beach..."86 I think and one of the last made by International Harvester...I gotta bring her home soon and replace the engine's output seal and service for the season....I'm riding a Snapper Zero Turn with a 25 HP Kawasaki here at home...Grass fears the Snapper....

You wanna see some dumb looks.....walk into any piano store and ask for music wire....Yeah that's what is used to string a piano.....Guessing pianos like everything else are disposable these days.... .076 equals 2mm and is the preferred coil size in my rigs...Come Monday I'll have a lifetime supply...15 pieces a yard long....SMH on the disposable logic....

Most hobby shops carry piano wire Dee. We used to use them for making control rods on model airplanes. I've bought some small schtuff for my Wife's hobbys as well.

Had to to into Orange City today to buy some refrigerant to charge our car air conditioners. Rolling down the boulevard when I happened to realize I was going to pass one of my favorite b&m stores. Walked in to vape and browse and walked out with a new 4nine mechanical with a magnetic switch and a Samsung high drain. It whips the Nemesis with the Orchid and kayfun Lite both on it. Happy times.

Finally!!! Somebody who likes mechanical mods as much as I do and of course it would be my Cuz Wuzz!!!

I use the box mods - favorite is a Vapor Shark rDNA30 and of course the iSticks are handy, especially outside. But for sitting around in the house I'll usually have a mechanical tube mod in my hand or on my desk!

I got spoiled right dang quick to the battery life on this iStick 50. I want another one, but everyone who has a decent price is out of stock. I'm thinking silver...who has a silver one? Is it a brushed silver?

Salem, this house is in his name. Katie did that after Bob died in 2006, along with a contract saying that she can't be forced to move and has the right to live here until she dies or becomes incapacitated. She actually has little legal recourse to have him removed if he gets out and creates chaos here.

I have a silver 20 and it is brushed silver. Oh, crap, Bov. That does not sound good at all :(

When I go out it's usually my egrip and eroll backups. Isticks are ok sometimes. This new 4nine is sportin an Aqua tank and fogging up the room. Love the smaller size. The design is genius level. Atty hits the top of the battery instead of a connecter and one side of the switch sticks on the bottom of the battery. Cuts the length way down while accommodating an 18650. Kickable with a 14500 I believe. Wish they had a stainless one. I may go back and get another and a couple of black rtas. Sure didn't break the bank. Yeah cuzz, I love my mechs.

Salem that's the Goblin I have....V2 I believe.........it came with 2 size tanks.....

The US Ohm Meter....well.....dammitt.....obviously it likes Tampa, Fla.....

Wuzz I turned over every rock in these parts looking for the wire....Hobby shops were close but no cigar..Grats on the 4Nines....I'm looking at a couple for the Goblin....Side fire is a must...

So the Direct receiver shoots an overheat warning from time to time...It doesn't have to be on to be in overheat mode....Weird.....off.....but overheating...After a good 30 minutes on the phone I got the tech to ship a replacement...It's here....This is my second replacement and the first required it back lickity split to avoid being charged for the receiver...This receiver had no return label....So I called and stayed on the phone for a solid thirty minutes as the girl tried to figure out a way to get me a label....I mentioned early in the conversation that it was the old style HD and not the Genie....maybe they didn't want it and I could dispose of it....Well finally she hits the right screen and tells me it's my responsibility to log into my account....copy an address....ship it on my own dime to a recycling center...or.....I could be charged for the receiver....That poor girl likely won't be sleeping tight for a while....She felt the wrath of a full on pizzed off Dee....5C would have been proud

Hey Wuzz, I am not into mechanical mods. That seems like stepping back in time to me. Ecig technology has come so far since those days. But, the Samsung batteries are top notch IMO :thumb:

I'd love to step back in time about 20 years Salem lol. There are advantages to the mechanicals and they're fun. Just checked on the ohms law calculator and atm I'm vaping at about 22 watts. Guess messin with mechanicals is prolly more of a "guy thing".

Probably so. It is just so much easier to set your vape where you want it with any resistance coil rather than build your coil to the mod. For me it is anyway.

Salem, RMV was the first place I checked but I want the silver. I can wait until someone with a decent price gets them in. I thought about the 30w but I really want the battery life, and I like the button setup much better on the 50w.

I feel the same way about mechs. They are great for those who want to fiddle, but clearly I don't since I ordered a bag of precoiled wires

Dee, I feel sorry for that girl, but they sure have pushed you beyond your limit!

Hey El Dee, I've never had problem one with DISH.

Just sayin.'

I did some research a few years back on Dish and direct. Don't remember the details but, I do remember that Direct seemed to be the better one of the two. Ended up not mattering much to me as we decided to keep our cable. Mostly because we don't want to give up cable net and package deals are the best value.

Not bad at all, really.

Good night, Fran. Sleep well :)

LD, I missed your post earlier but, I can turn into a real biotch dealing with businesses on the phone. Irritates the crap out of me that nobody seems to know what the heck they are doing. It is always either that or they just don't listen to what you are saying. Good customer service is hard to come by these days

First I had to wade through every offer Direct had....finally in frustration I hit * about******************************************times and a couple more.....Please wait while we transfer you.....No if you wanna up your monthly bill they are dang skippy offering up the customer service....Look at the site and try and find a contact e-mail or number....That ain't happening....Hey I told them I see a charge for that box and it's immediate cancellation of service....I'm sick of their dumb sheet...

I had Dish previously Tejas....Not sayin' I wouldn't have them again.....There was for sure less bullsheet involved

Threw a new coil in the Plasma and switched too the Chaddos....She's vape Nirvana...Still juggling the 29 gauge and ended up with more ohms than I wanted.....so I just shot the juice to it !!!!!

Almost 11....Chef Dee is getting ready to fire up the stove...Heathen Life......dang

You're absolutely right. It is much easier. I've got plenty of everything from pipes to isticks, egrip, mvp etc. and can just set the wattage and walk out the door. Mechs are just another aspect of vaping to be explored for some of us. As is building devices. My first was built out of a Camel Snus tin. Took a 14500 battery and had an ego connector. I've been rolling a new wood mod around in my head. Dual 18500s with a magnetic switch. I made a pipe once out of a piece of firewood while I was bbqing on the spur of the moment. It was really more of a holder as I concealed an auto battery and carto inside lol. Just having fun with my hobbies.

Salem I haven't gotten a shipping email yet, but my order page had the tips ready but an estimated date on the coils as 3-20. Tonight it has changed to everything ready to ship. Why do I have this image in my head of some 10 year old hunched over a coil jig? That would be funny if it weren't a genuine possibility

I got shipping notice on the new KSM about an hour after I ordered it.
