Yeah...Charleston...Seems as if everywhere is overbuilt these days...Only thing I don't like is that whole Low Country thing....The LC is home too the highest humidity known too mankind....Even an old school Southern boy slows down a gear or two when in the LC..Still though I LIKE IT!!!!

My last tour of duty at the Honda Stealership I had a trainee under me....He took my advice and took a couple of classes at the community college...Now he's an adjuster for State Farm and lives between Savannah and Charleston...

Still windy here but there is blue sky visible....Wednesday was the last I saw blue sky....

I hear ya on the slow down when the humidity is high. It's up there for us today, and it's got me in low gear. Laundry is not usually a pleasant chore, but it's cool in the basement.

It was 88* in Katie's room when she went to bed last night...she wouldn't turn her fan on or even open the window. She doesn't get it when I explain to her that seniors don't feel the heat as well, and that just makes it more dangerous for her. I worry, and I'm on the edge of letting it be her choice, or time to intervene.

Yeah...I got an 84 year old that decides laying a rock walk isn't moving along fast enough....so she willy nilly puts them in place...All I gotta say about that is my ankle is throbbing and 4 times the usual size....

So I limp in and rebuild my K Fun...10 wrap 28G on a 2mm shank....1.4 on the meter...Sounds about right to me..... .8 on the ProV and Stick.....A flashing .8 on the Evolve...Hey it looked great....Just about sick of wicks and coils I tell you....

Then my cousin throws an 84 year old 10 tomato plants....Who you think is gonna plant those...Last year and the previous years I do all the work and I don't even eat tomatoes...Old generous cousin is getting a cussing...

I'll be hiding out until the black cloud passes....

I feel a little better now....Not 110% disgusted better....my ankle is fekked....

Was planning a get away from the madness ....just slave away in a different location and hope to Hades no one is cutting tree limbs...Not sure if I'll be able too clutch the Ranger or not...My Dodge is a 5-speed as well....

My coil looked great....10 wrap and 1.4 really shoulda been 1.5.....Not really sure where .6 ohms went....but went they did...

and Bov....might as well laugh...At this point nothing really surprises me anymore....The more I do the more that's expected....

Thinking a cane may be in order....easier walking and I can crack some heads widit...Limp....limp....KaPoww!!!!!

Well, I too just have to laugh about the elderly and their expectations. Add a little (okay alot) of OCD in the mix and it can be a real biotch to deal with.

I hear you on the humidity, LD. Feels like getting slapped in the face with a wet towel as soon as you open the door. We are not fans of it either. I am willing to make that sacrifice in order to be there while my only grandson is growing up though. never thought that we would have any grandchildren. I am certain that he will be the only one though.
