Dee I've heard that the air flow on the new dual slot KSM base is not as good as the single slot. I think it's main issue is the same size tube going up to the drip tip just doesn't allow for more air. Some folks will like that, some won't.
I had FT split the new rba version off my order since the stock date keeps getting moved out. I'll likely spend the extra and buy one from Al at our new vape shop. He is getting the black and white tanks, colored o ring sets, and new version rbas in a couple of weeks.

I overvaped the factory vertical coil and burnt the pizz outta it....at 13 Watts....New style RBA in there now....Little leaky at first...Matter fact it's still a little leaky..Plus I've got hole phobia...Tanked less than an hour ago and dang near empty....Initial impression....NOT GOOD!!! Leakers get cast aside

Sorry to hear Dee. I burnt the factory coil pretty quick but haven't had any leaks yet.....yet. On my second wick in the rba. Tried cellulose and didn't care much for the flavor. Back to the Gen.
I like them both really. Other than having that screw to loosen to get to the coil I don't see a lot of difference in the performance. If I'm changing coils I've got a screwdriver in hand anyway but if I'm just changing wick I've still got to have one. I haven't noticed any great difference in airflow either. Side by side blindfold test I couldn't tell which one I was vaping. Some people that may be more fine tuned to detail may be able to tell a difference. The new "improved" deck is nice enough but they already had a great deck. One thing I do like is the color coordination with the mod. Guess I'm "fashion conscious" lol. I wonder what's making Dee's leak.

I did nothing special with my wick in the new RBA....There was quiet a good bit across the deck since blocking juice channels wasn't a worry....It pretty much leaked all the juice out...Stabbed the 1.2 that came with the KSM in....not sure if it's a vertical or not...When I burned the vertical I'd been working and had not vaped in quiet a while...First I thought the watts had shot too the moon...Nope...Just didn't keep up...Still everything else I run keeps up...Maybe it was just a dud..Time will tell...
Three months back I get a call from Direct asking what they could do to improve my service...a 12 month contract would lower my bill too $88...Plain and simple I was told $88 for the 12 months...2nd bill....$94...Dollar too a donut it will continue too rise...They lie period....When Spike had the teeth cleaning I signed him up on the Welness plan...$35 for 12 months but I gotta use auto pay...Since they've charged $35....$55 this month...We've got an appointment Wednesday...They have 2 choices....Take my $20 outta the register or I'll make double damn sure they will be auto declined next month....Do what you say....Jack me around and things will get ugly...

Where did it leak the juice from Dee? Nothing special to do with the wick that I know of. Guess I just got the luck of the draw. Don't know anybody else that's got them to ask if theirs leak. Bummer.
Flooded into the RBA and leaked out the air holes...Cotton was visibly touching the backside of both juice inlet holes...There's a definite possibility I didn't have enough wick...However if it's finicky tossed it will be..I added an old style too the order just in case...
I pack it a little, about like an egrip. Feed the tails up when I put on the chimney and push them over the holes and any excess gets distributed around. Too tight and it's dry hit highway.
