Feel better soon Bov, Salem and Mama Gold.
I've had this yucky summer cold since last week too. One of my coworkers decided to share it with the rest of us. Blah! DayQuil/NyQuil have been my best friends as of late.
Errands to do today, and what is up with this rain and humidity?!?!

Thank you Fran, not really feeling better yet. It'll take a day or 2 for the antibiotics to kick in. I was 'bout ready to strangle Katie earlier. She decided she would mow the yard...you can guess how that went and who ended up doing it 
11:30 and just in from the shop and outta the shower...100* so pretty bushed....Ice cold water...I fire up the computer...Ya'll have seen those bugs that people post crawling around the screen.....Right??? That's what I thought it was on my homepage....Then realized it was a giant azz tick going straight across the tool bar....bet this....It's a dead sumbeech now...
send Katie down here....My dang yard is a jungle....a full of ticks jungle....she'd have a dang heart attack if she saw it

In m,y case it seems to be allergies. I am glad of that because the last thing I need to do is to pass something along to my mom. Thanks for the well wishes and good thoughts. Hoping everyone with colds and tonsil problems start feeling better soon. Summer colds are the worse to shake! Tomorrow around 1PM hopefully this stuff going on with my mom will all be behind us. I don't think that she is going to be able to live alone much longer so, I am preparing for her to move in with us.

Tracy, the weekends are like Mondays for me. None of Katie's favorite shows are on tv Sat or Sunday, so she's bored. That usually means some sort of chore for me so she can watch and be entertained.

Hi Refugees. Been a pretty busy boy this week after taking it easy last week. Hope y'all have a bodacious weekend.
I put Katie's ac unit in her bedroom window. Glad her's is not quite as heavy as mine. Weather is calling for some wicked hot days ahead.
Now I'm spent, that was all the energy I can muster for the day. I'm on day 3 of the antibiotics...gotta love those side effects that make it a race to get to the downstairs bathroom without a cork
