Ooh, sorry about the migraine, Oly. Hope it clears up soon. never had a migraine but, I know how bad sinus headaches can be. I can only imagine having one on a much worse scale

I take Allegra D, Flonase, Saline Nasal Spray and my shots. The thing is that I am allergic to my African Grey's dander. It is not an option to get rid of him and they do not have anything available to add to my injections to treat for it.
I was cleaning my sunroom today (their room) and should have worn a dust mask. They are both ( Lesser Jardine too) in the middle of a full blown molt right now so the dust is extra bad. So, I kind of brought this on myself. I know better and was foolish not to wear a mask. Now I pay for it.
You guys should watch this if you get a chance. It is so easy to replace the guts of coils with these ceramic coils. They will soon have different sizes and resistance. So, if you have any interest, start saving your used coil heads.

I hear you. That is what i like about these cores. They are cheap and you just use the heads you are already using. I have only used 2 out of my pack of cCells. Still using both of the ones that I started with. If I can just get the cores and replace my subtank heads when i need them or use them in rba, even better yet.
Oh (((oly))), I hate that you are having migraines. I hope you get relief soon. I used to get them too and know the agony.
Right. They showed a picture of a dual ceramic core RBA. You know that sucker puts out some vapor and flavor. Wait, that was an RDA. think it was a Temple?

Well, there it is lol Didn't think the picture was going to post. But really, Fran. I think the ceramic coils will be around for a long time. You have plenty of time to wait and try them. Not trying to twist anyones arm into getting them. I am just excited about them because they are the best thing for me that has come along in vaping in quite a long time.

Well my wheels are back in Ohio....Ordered from Ohio shipped from California and now residing back in Ohio....Yeah....Gonna swing by the credit union web site and see what the damage is so far +20 for the wheels and hoping to Hades they ship free from California.....
Spike and I took Mom too the eye doc today....2.5 damn hours in the parking lot...We always sit in the back by the run off pond where all the grass is....Like the damn State fair for Spike....There is even an old logging trail that makes a big old circle through the woods....Today as we came up out of the woods the shuttle driver took it upon himself to tell us we shouldn't be back there....Told him if we weren't there he wouldn't be either as we were paying his salary....in udder werds FU!!!!!!!!! He shut up and went back too shuttling seniors

Lost water pressure in the kitchen faucet yesterday and figured I was gonna need to replace the faucet, or at least parts. Unscrewed the aerator and there was a piece of paper stuck over the filter! How the hell did that get there?? At least it was an easy fix 
I m guessing that you took your mom to Duke. Anmed is where most of my moms appts are. Nowhere near as big as Duke but, it is set up campus style. They call it the health campus. They have walking trails all around it and dogs are welcome there. They also have those little baggies every few feet to pick up the waste lol Pretty nice trails though. I could never get away with leaving my moms side while she is at an appt though.
When we first moved up here, I took her for a mammogram. I walked out the front door to smoke a cig. Wasn't gone 5 minutes and before I knew it, i was being paged on the intercom. Went to the place I left my mom and she was in full blown panic mode. had every nurse and Dr in that dept looking for me lol I felt horrible and never left her again. Actually, now I go in to the exam room with her because she gets easily confused and will not remember what she is told.
