That is awesome Wuzz.
Mornin Tracy. Ready for Church and had a few minutes to kill so I stopped by again.Good morning Wuzz!
We haven't had wind.....temps have been pretty swell....Last evening the storm that produced all the tornadoes arrived.....suddenly it became very muggy....The storm is still here and we are under tornado watch....
Ordered up some locking hubs for the Ranger front end....They allow true 2X4 driving and should add a couple of MPGs....then you lock them manually for 4X4....Got my wheels straight last week....the Ranger is black and so are the wheels....Also on the way are a set of Moog front coil springs in case the Ford units have sagged in the previous 226k mile....got 4 KYB shocks.and a set of Moog polyurethane radius arm bushings....All that should be a little more firm ride wise and most importantly keep the old Ranger going down the road without wearing the tires prematurely....New tires after I get all that installed....1994 and in way better shape than most late model trucks....best of all there never was a payment book.....
I cut the block looking for ceramic coils for the Crown....No options found....never ordered from fastech nor do I plan to....I did look at the C Cells but truthfully the tanks I just don't dig very much....I've been hellhammering the Crowns for a dang long time now....All 3 have only there second coil in them....Those first coils I only changed because I thought maybe I should....Bov's cinnamon Roll did have one gunked up pretty good but all 3 were still going strong....It's a dang pleasure not wrapping coils anymore....I retired from all that sheet.....
Hi, all. Not sure if this will interest you, LD. It is the ceramic cores that LeCig offers and this install is very similar to the Crown install.
My son came up Thursday evening and stayed the weekend with us. He and our grandson just left a bit ago and darn it, I miss them both alreadyAs I got older, I started to really regret only having one child. But, turns out that I am truly blessed that the only one that I do have is such a loving son. He tried to beat us getting up each morning and beat feet to hardees (yuck!) to pick up biscuits for breakfast. We really don't eat that junk but the thing is that he was trying to save me from cooking. Friday morning he did get up first (6:30am) and yep, we had biscuits for breakfast.
This morning, my darn phone rang at 7:30am!!!! Woke everyone in the house up since we all stayed up late last night. It was DHL saying to expect a shipment that had to be signed for. I was aggravated as I am not expecting anything DHL International. Then, it dawned on me. I entered a contest here at ECF for a tank without really looking at the specs. Thing is that I had been trying to enter other contests and never got the email so figured my entry did not go through. Was shocked that this one did. Even more shocked that I won. Not something that I would use and I will most likely be PIFing. Kind of ridiculous to have to call that early on a Sunday IMHO though.
Hoping that you all had as good of a week as I did![]()
Guess I had a good week too Salem. We've got one son also and he was here since last Sat. Just left last night. I regret only having one but we got it right the first time too I guess. We finally get to be grandparents in a couple of months.

Thanx Salem.Woohoo!!! Early congratulations to you and to Mrs Wuzz.
There truly is nothing else that compares![]()
