Yes, any vendor can sell an approved product.

What is a bit unclear to me but has been reported, is what happens in vape shops. They can sell any approved product. It seems though, if they build a coil or rewick a coil, the FDA would consider you a manufacturer. Manufacturers have regulations though I'm not sure if they need the full blown approval process.

Now all this if from what I've read and heard and think is right..... But I have been wrong before

It is VERY TOXIC... 1 ml is 1,000mg. I believe modern projections are that 500-600mg would be lethal. It wouldn't save you money. If you bought 1 liter @ 10% or 100ml @ 100% you'd pay the same and have the same amount of Nic.

5C, For one, and don't quote me on this, but I think you need hazmat space-suits and stuff to work with 100% nic. (100mg/10% is dangerous enough) (And... I'm almost certain those (approved labs) are the only one that can buy it.

Thanks Wharf! It HAS to be something like that. that would help the hardware side of the vendors. (or at least hardware only resellers) But, as many have said, the majority of mom and pop/small business survive on juice profits.

Pizza now that you mention the hazmat suits I bet it's against the law for them to sell it to anyone except other companies.

J5, I think you are confusing mg with %. 100mg is what you would order for diy...I personally use 60mg

Five I use 100MG/ML nicotine in PG base from RTS.........the most bang for your buck....

Been digging into the Crown II.....Hoping they offer .5 coils in SS....if not .5 in kanthal....I got three Crowns and plenty of .5s for them....I got trust issues with the Government.....

Got the jungle tamed at the beach and fekked up mu mower in the process....Just had to trim over the top of the water meter didn't I????????? That's the second time I blasted that thing....Did I learn???????? Now I gotta acquire a set of blades and then hammer the deck back level sos the blades don't hit together....I use what I had to get from a clang clang to a cling cling to finish cutting....Still they hitting and without my truck I couldn't bring the deck too the shop so it's tools to the deck time shortly....SOB!!! A vape shop that my company helped to open (in PA) has already announced the closing of their doors on July 31st. I could truly VOMIT! Pizzed beyond belief I am.
Tomorrow I will pack their box of juice for the last time.

5C, I bought some 250 mg and have no problem at all with it. It is a good option if you are limited on space. many DIYers do the same and it is available at many/most nic suppliers. The pure nic is available as well but, without proper gear and ventilation, I would not touch the stuff myself. If you are just starting out, may be best to stay with the 100 mg per ml. makes it real easy to calculate how much you need for a mix right in your head too.

You could. I know several people that have recently bought it. They have been DIYing for a long time. They have proper gear and they feel confident handling it. I would feel confident going up to 5.. ( I think 250 is all that we are allowed to talk about here?)but that is about it. Kurt has said that he gets completely suited up when handling pure nic. He is a chemist soooooo......... nope. I am not going to buy or handle pure nicotine.

100 mg is not as dangerous as once believed. Ecf even changed their rules on it once more information came out about it. I have had it on my skin but, was close enough to a sink that it was not there for long. I had no problems at all from it.
