The old bitten 20 oz cup is very stable even with a 250ML cylinder....

There is a new ad on the toob about some lung cancer pill....The Harvoni is a $$$1000.00 bucks a pill so I can only imagine what the lung cancer pills cost.....Those sumbeeches need customers.....

Yeah that Dagger is sweet....Truth is the D3 and D2 are known performers....The Presa I have running way more watts than either D series....It just lacks the punch even at higher watts....House payment due in a couple of days so when I deposit I'll add enough to fill the mailbox with vape mail....Kinda sad seeing as it will likely be my last bottle of legal nicotine.....Most of us here have been along for the ride since the early days of e-cigs...We tried this we tried that....some worked some didn't....Now we have coils that last months and PVs that are cheap and reliable....Health benefits are HUGE.....Then along comes the FDA.....the FDA that's primary purpose is to protect our health....Ya'll know the rest of that story.....I'm sick of what my country has become....If not for providing for Mom I would seriously consider liquidating and becoming a Mexican....We had one chance this election cycle and that has now been blown...stolen would be more like it...Not the first time that has happened either....The Kool Aide is being swilled....It will get worse......

From what I understand, but could be wrong, flavoring companies and I think Nic don't have to go through PMTA. For flavorings, they have to submit an analysis of the ingredients. I would think the same for Nic. They may have to go through substantial equivalency. The juice maker will buy those components, mix them together and apply for PMTA.

That's the one I'm taking LD. Harvoni not the cancer pill. I have 18 more weeks to go.
I agree about the election. People seem to think a savior is going to ride in on a white horse and save us all.
That is why Obamination got elected and now Trump. They are batting 100 % for choosing the worst possible candidate and they've been doing it ever since Reagan left office. It's going to backfire this time. I'm pretty sure all they did by electing Trump is ensure Hillary the presidency.

E- cigs and other equipment is also covered under this law too as I understand it. Vaporizers, E-Cigarettes, and other Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS)

From the FDA Deeming Regs ~

• FDA is limiting enforcement at this time to finished tobacco products, which are products that are sealed in final packaging intended for consumer use.

And as I understand, flavorings and Nic? have to provide detailed ingredients.

There is concern that TFA has not submitted to the FDA :(

Well, darn. This is the first that I have heard about TFA. Are you guys sure about this? There is still time. Plus, they are primarily food flavors. Why should they have to submit anything to FDA? I would think only so that vendors could use their products? I would be surprised as I feel sure this is where a good bit of their business comes from.

I wouldn't think that they would have to close down and/or stop selling to the public if they do not submit an ingredient list to the FDA. This is not making much sense to me.

Has anything else made sense to you that the FDA has done so far? It's all about the money. Makes you feel secure knowing the government you pay taxes to, the government that is supposed to protect us, puts the all mighty buck ahead of us.

No. But, I don't think that they could make TPA stop selling their flavors just because they didn't submit an ingredient list to the FDA for the vape industry to use their flavors is what I am saying. I think that as individual buyers we should be able to buy their flavors in the future.

I am curious to know where Wharf and Tracy got the info though because as always I could be wrong about it. If I am not going to be able to buy TPA flavors in the future, there are a few that I need to stock up on as well ;)
