Anyone have an WISMEC reuleaux RX200 TC 200W Box mod or the RX200s, i've read where several reviews are saying the original is better than the RX200s but would like to get opinions from you all if possible. I just want a 3 batt setup (geeking a bit i guess).

I have the 200s and like it. Read many posts and know a few people that say there is a very slight issue with the 510 connector on the original. Think it is too shallow.

I'm intrigued by the Smoant Knight mods aw oh. ;)

Knight V2 by Smoant

If you get the V2, let me know. I have afriend that thinks he may want one but, he is leary as he got the V1 and it was a brick (heavy) :) So, he wants more info before pulling trigger this time. The specs say it is lighter but, he really wants to confirm it. Wants to use as a pocket mod.

Will do but idk if I will. I quit ordering items right out of the chute I think its wise to wait at least a month to see what the experience is.

Katie swears up and down that someone has been sleeping in our shed, and was all bent outa shape this morning claiming that she actually saw him and told him to "git and don't come back!" I see no evidence of anyone having been in our shed, it's an old aluminum 6x8, crammed full of nothing but snow shovels, lawn rakes, and big paper lawn bags that we put leaves and hedge clippings in. No room for anyone to sleep in there. All of our equipment that has any value is locked up in the garage.

Not being willing to argue about it anymore, I went and bought a padlock for the shed. Katie is happy, and now I have another key on my key ring...will have to take my dang keys with me every time I go outside. A padlock on a door that you can easily push right off it's track

Hope the belts work out for ya, Dee!

Hey Bov, if she is hullucinating like that you may want to take a urine sample to her doc and have it tested. That is a sure fire sign in the elderly that they have a UTI.

Once people reach a certain age, their body is no longer able to run a fever to defend against infection. So, they start acting peculiar such as having hallucinations. ;)

Anyone that works in a nursing home will tell you that when the patients start acting a little "off" a UTI is the first thing that they check.

I agree. I used to do the same until the regs were announced. Went a little nuts since then.

I'm done ordering mods for now...I hope :D My IPV 6X is finally on it's way after a 3 month wait. They never did get the pink ones, so I settles for blue.

Thanks for the UTI info, Salem! I had forgotten all about that possibility. For the last couple of months she's been having some very vivid dreams, wakes up convinced it was real. I just chalked it up to her advancing dementia. She does not want to go back to the Dr, but I may end up making an appt and just telling her she HAS the appt and has to go.

Amusingly, she discovered today what a pain in the azz that new padlock is going to be after about the 3rd time she unlocked it for something or other in the shed.

Bov, I would just about bet that a UTI is her problem. My mom always thinks that one of us 3 girlsss.. are standing in her living room calling out and talking to her at night plus she has the vivid dreams. She is unable to figure if it is real until she speaks with one of us. Yes. Please do follow up with her doc. If it is and she gets on antibiotic, the third day will bring amazing changes. So strange but, true.

    Morning folks :)

Yes you did, Salem, and my Grandma died of sepsis that started out as a UTI.

And it has begun! Katie woke me 3 times this morning trying to get into.....the shed :censored:

 I know that it is not really funny, Bov. Days like this we just have to remember that one day we will be old too. We just have to hope and pray that someone will be as kind and patient with us as we have been caring for our elderly :)

I went to the optometrist a couple of weeks ago as a 6 mo. follow up to my cataract surgery. I told her that my left eye was itching and burning intermittently. So she gave me a sample of eye drops she said would moisturize it better than the Artificial Tears that I had been using. So I get home and look at the ingredients and it says propylene glycol. Think when its gone I'll just use my diy PG. I'll have find out how much it is from the drug store prepackaged. :)
