Thank you Lilac, it came in the mail today and it rocks! Talk about lazy exercising?! It fits right under my desk, and I'm peddling as we speak..or type LOL! I started on the easiest setting, but it has 8, each one adds a bit more resistance. Katie loves it, and it's light enough I can run it downstairs for her to use during the day while she sit in front of the tv. My main goal with it is to burn a few extra calories while sitting at my desk. Glad you love your treadmill!

It was a beautiful 52 degree day here so I got my 2 mile walk in, too :)

Yay for the desk cycler!!! No doubt I'll be checking it out. I have a Fitbit and no wonder I put weight on after going to work....I do way more steps on my days off! Like 3xs as much!

It's looking (to me and another co worker) that it won't be long and I'll be headed down to one day per week. Our weekly shipment from lab comes in on Thursday afternoon/evening to be sorted, qc'd and packed and delivered to stores on Fridays....the other two days (one as of late) were working with liquid that we had in stock. Thanks to the DOR we changed up everything so as not to keep as much stock on hand so my work on those day(s) are very little...soon to be none. (I can feel it coming)

I will try to hang on and stay till the end, but time will tell.

On to better news...I changed my mind about the Limitless. I've been using it (along with my two other dailies) for the last two days, and I do like it! On my ipv d2, it's quite a nice little vape. Just wanted to be honest for any of you that may consider one in the future. :)

Good night all!

P.S- my middle dd made the deans list for her first semester away (as a junior transfer)!!!! That's huge! She's the one who has anxiety and hated school all the way through. :)

Thank you! It's a struggle for her to work through her anxiety but she did it! :)
Madison has it as well. (Darn gene!) Oldest dd (LSW and a couple steps away from counseling cert) is working with Maddie to try to teach her techniques that'll help.

Well I was just asked to work 3 days per week for the next couple weeks! It's for the FDA requirements. Tedious, but I'll take it!!! :) yayyyy!

You all have a good day!

Always nice to see the end of a crazy week, Mark.

Twenty miles?!?! You go girl. :)

That's not really much on a bike...but thanks, Tracy! It's still extra calories burned when I would otherwise be sitting idle :)

Congratulations to DD 908 !!!!!!!!!!!

Here's hoping everything turns out alright for DH Fran !!!

I've been slamming it in the shop the past couple of days...So far so good with the new respirator....It's for sure gotten a workout and so far I feel OK....While straightening the side of the car I've applied any extra bondo to my Ranger's new bed...So killing two birds.....two big azz birds....Keeping my head down and digging....I still got a ways to go....Bet this....I get rid of that car and primer on that bed it's gonna be a break of epic proportion....
