Hoping everything goes well for DH Fran !!!!!

Papering the walls with doctor bills.....Well....I took over paying Mom's bills a couple of years back...After that stroke the bills exploded....Last week I ordered a box of Pilot pens just to write those freekin checks....I had one Pilot...I like the way they perform....On top of the bills I walk up to the shop earlier in the week and Mom's heat pump is a solid sheet of ice....12 years old....12.....getting a new one Saturday....Old Cuzz is a longtime HVAC guy and we're getting a good deal at least....Sitting on the bill for her new fridge....I put that on my CC to get free delivery and disposal....Top that with a trip into the basement the other day and I see the water heater leaning....Yepp....The outer metal casing is rusted plum out....I haven't ran that by Mom yet....That water heater has been in since before Dad passed 21 years back though as I know I didn't install it...Combo all that with last years ice storm fiasco and damn near everything at Mom's is brand new....

Been digging at the shop....New mask is a win for breathing and the new silicone where the masks rides on your face is really sweet...wore it all week....no sinus issues.....no sore nose from wearing it all week....That bondo on.....bondo off has my dang left shoulder begging for a replacement....I hung in there and hand blocked all that bondo though....to many curves for the power tools for the most part....Good thing is all that's done and tomorrow I gotta take it to the store and computer match the paint....Couple three days it should be gone and I will be GLAD OF IT !!!!!!!!!!

Maybe I need to run my car down to you Dee. See how much you'd charge me to fix the passenger side fender where the taillight goes.

TGIF -- looking forward to a camp projects day tomorrow. Low 50s, low wind, no rain - can't beat that for mid January Trying to decide between doing some finishing work in the utility room at camp, or some more teardown/cleanup in the old bunkhouse, leaning towards the latter

(There's a bunkhouse window in need of tearout and reframing, with fresh silicone sealant, replacing rotted wood. Tie in new studs, pull the old window, new framing 2x, new trim, seal. With good weather predicted through Sunday afternoon that's enough time to do it, including the trim priming and painting. I've done this with two of the windows so far, so at least I have the process down )

Good morning, Fran and all who drop by.

Made my way downstairs and made biscuits and fried some pork chops. I make cheddar biscuits, simple and easy to make, and it makes the Hubster happy. Hope everyone has a blessed, happy day.
